Ritual Holidays — Poor services

I had very bad experience with their arrangements. Promise 3* star hotel but was given budget hotel. They also have hidden charges. Not all the places covered as per the itinerary... some places we have to pay extra for transport which was not advised.
The worst was literally we were blackmailed to pay extra which was not advised at all before our arrival from malaysia ...Sometimes the driver will disappear until we talk to Rohit and agreed to pay some money and then only the driver will come to fetch us. Our 13 Days tour was the worst nightmare ...
And Rohit really made or journey worst. The worst person I have ever communicate with. They really cheated us!!! Will never ever recommended!!!
