Ritual Holidays — Ritual holidays is a fraudulent company cheating consumers

I have requested to ritual holidays person for package details to Thailand and i was provided with itinerary and price details. I was asked to pay an initial amount with in an hour to block the discounted price. As i was not in a position to check the itinerary mail, i accepted to pay the amount with a disclaimer that I will check the itinerary and to confirm the package. After an hour, when i checked the hotels provided, they are of worst quality and thus i informed Himanshu (sales person) for not accepting the package and to return my money. I was routed to four different persons each week when i inquire and finally after four weeks, they told that any booking amount is non refundable. When I did not agree for the package itself, why does my money has to be retained back by this fraudulent company.
