Ritual Holidays — tour package - booking id # 4530toha[protected]dt. 12/07/17 to 16/07/17

Dear sir,

As per your above booking id (Thailand tour package)

1. Service voucher issued after i traveled from cochin airport

2. No agency pick up from bangkok airport (I wait around three hours, after contact ritual in delhi. They said to wait after one hour reply i have to arrange myself the taxi from bangkok airport to pattaya we will refund it. Till now i did not anything. I face big problem in airport with out food etc...

3. As per your service voucher i availed only coral island tour (The agency in bangkok and even hotel also no co operation.)

4. The agency in bangkok no co - operation. (Which time coming and no information pass to hotel)

5. After getting their payment, the staff in ritual no co - operation

6. The above tour i loose money, tension and wasting my time.

7. Before i went different place though tour package. I never face such a problem.

8. Finally i ask the staff and answer is blame to me. Their view as per my instruction made the voucher. I don't understand first time visit bangkok.

9. Any way this package tour is horrible for me. Financial loss, mental torture and wasting time.

You are kindly requested do not make such a things in future to any body.
