Rivigo Services Pvt Ltd — Parcel damaged received from team members and no proper response

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 10th November 2020, I have shipped three parcels which were fragile in nature from Vasai and this was delivered to me on 18th November. I have discovered that both of the items are damaged totally and left in unusable condition.

I have sent some counters via your courier and I made sure the packing was top in class with several layers of bubble wrap and other materials such as thermacol with thick wood box.

I especially informed your employee to mark this fragile item and handled with the utmost care as it was a glass item.
Today after delivering the item, your employees forced me not to open the parcel in front of them and made stupid excuses.
Only after opening them, I realized the counter was broken and made it unusable at all.
The glass was broken and damaged the whole furniture.

One shipment went to Bangalore :[protected] which is fully destroyed.
One shipment went to Bhubaneshwar:[protected] which is fully destroyed.
The last one is going to Patna:[protected]. Also fully damaged received.

Your hopeless employees cost me a ton of money here with broken furniture.
All parcels are broken and have left me with no option to repair them or get a new one.

I am unable to understand how does your company works and how it is shipping the products.
I am furious here as I have to delay the launch of my products because of your dumb co-workers.
Rivigo customer care they taken 1 months and today's they told me we can't provide any claim amt. Because this is insurances. And when I booked parcel from Vasai branch they told me any damage company will pay you now entire company employees pls show proof. Pls sir request you pls take action and ask company pls clear my claims or pay me at furniture repair cost which I have already investment for repair.

No proper response from team members and pathetic service from rivigo teams.booking person Mr Vikash service and pethetic.
