I have booked my 10 package from rivigo on 4 th oct 2022 from moradabad to raipur cg.till date we have not recd my material for not receiving package we have loss of minimum 50000 because we have taken item for dewali to sale.but
Dewali has come and we have not my package till date.they also not picking phone.i tried many times to call moradabad who has booked my package whose name is Mr suresh in moradabad.there courier slip no is [protected].kindly take legal action against them.

First of all, my consignment was divided into two numbers for unknown reasons.
Secondly, THINGS ARE MISSING. Those people rummaged through my things and took away stuff. Those are small stuff maybe like dish washer conditioner, my piggy bank eith coins. Seriously, who cares ryt. Why would they go through personal belongings and oilferage things?
Thirdly, a red chair MY FAVORITE was supposed to come. I didn't get it with my other delivered objects. Only after calling them, we came to know that APPARENTLY THE LEG HAS BROKEN AND SO THEY HAD TO THROW THE CHAIR AWAY. THE ###ing audacity of these people. WHY DIDNT YOU DELIVER MY GODDAMN BROKEN CHAIR? I WOULD HAVE DECIDED ITS FATE.

Hi everyone,
I am Amit Kumar and I had taken services from movers and packers I received only some part of luggages, But I don't know how they missed my half luggages. I didn't received from last week, still I am waiting for my luggages and they continuously excuses with me. Daily I contact with me but they denied to replying me. I request them to refund or send my luggages, but they are giving excuses daily. Now it's more than a week.Please take an appropriate actions against them. I am always thankful to you and your team.

I booked my son's scooter from Chennai to Gurgaon through Mohit/VRL and fixed the fee as Rs.4500. Suddenly there comes a turn, the vehicle of Rivigo company came to pick up the scooty from my son's hostel and handed over the scooty to him. Before handing them the scooty my son told me that Mohit has not come he sent the Rivigo team to get the scooty, I knew a lot about Rivigo because our Manesar based company was associated with Rivigo for 4 years, I told him that it is big company if they give you the slip then you can hand over to him.
But now I got a call from Mohit when he picked up the scooty and left the house that your bill is Rs 8500, I asked why but it was decided 4500. he told me long story which was not convincing to me.
After some time I got a call from Rivigo person that please send me the RC paper of Scooty on this WhatsApp number, otherwise, I will unload the scooty from the truck which is supposed to move for Delhi. I thought again that Rivigo people never do fraud so I WhatsApp RC copy to ezhilarasan b on this phone number [protected]. This person called me three times yesterday.
Ezhilarasan belong to Rivigo from Chennai. Now my request from you if he is not engagaed in this fraud than why he called me three times for telling me that scooty door pick up charges was 3500 if you want your scooty back than go to Mohit’s Godown and take it back after paying 3500 and 1200 packing charges to him and we are not going to send your scooty to Gorgaon.

I have all proof of Mohit/VRL and Ezhilarasan/Rivigo calls that what they told to me and saved all call records.

I request you because you are very big and reputed company your person picked up the scooty from my son's hostel on docket number CN#[protected] now both of them told me that this docket is canceled. Both the fraudsters told me to pay Rs 4700 and take back scooty from VRL Chennai godown.
Both are involved in this fraud case. I request please instruct your person to give back our scooty otherwise send it to Gurgaon with a pre-decided fare which is 4500 inclusive of all taxes.
If your person is not incolved why did he call me thrice for RC and how did he get my number? And he also told me that your scooty is not booked yet and docket is cancelled. I refused to pay Rs.8500 but I told them that I am ready to pay Rs.4500 Then Mohit sent me a bill of Rs.6500. I said I will pay 4500 as we decided before booking.
If he says he is not involved in it then how did he give docket copy to my son in the hostel during scooty pick up. Please refer to the docket copy in the attached file.
You have a reputation, I don't want to put any dent in your name, so request you to either give back my scooty or make arrangements to deliver it to Gurgaon. I am ready to pay Rs 4500 as decided before scooty lifting with Mohit.

I know there is another party Mohit involved but Rivigo had taken the scooty from my son's hostel and they also gave him the tracking number slip.
Please suggest what should I do?

Should I go to police?
Should I go to court?
Or you will take up the matter and resolve the issue

I have shipped my two cartons from bangalore on 27th April and it's been hell lot of days.
Tried contacting customer care number, couldn't get the service done.
I am everyday tracking my shipment which is [protected] but every day it is showing delivery date but never delivering on any of the dates which they have mentioned till now.
I don't know what needs to be done.
This is quite annoying .

Delivery guys are pathetic, infact your bdm Sandeep is also not helpful, [protected] shipment was supposed to be delivered at Dahisar East on 31 march and we had not requested for any change but your team is just trying to fool around with us and are telling that Dahisar does not come in their delivery zone, hence they will take the consignment back to goregaon and then they will deliver to bhiwandi and from there onwards to vasai branch who will deliver to our address in Dahisar, why should they take our parcel from goregaon to bhiwandi they could deliver it directly, till date the consignment is not delivered

I couriered my bike From banglore (560100) to Madhubani (847211). The pickup guys came and picked the vehicle on 13th March 20121. I had payed them Rs 7150 /- the same day for which they gave me an invoice (probably fake).
The shipment has now reached the hub nearest to me but the delivery is pending because according to Rivigo the "payment is pending". It's been 2 weeks now.

I couriered this shipment on 30th from tata jharkhand to gurgaon. It was supposed to be delivered on 9th Jan but today is 13th still I haven't received my shipment. Customer service people are telling me since morning today that it will be delivered today but I haven't received any call from my end. Worst service these people are providing.

Its been 16 days and I haven't received the parcel. I have never been so disappointed. I booked and pain on 21 Dec 2020 till date I haven't received the parcel.

The person Umesh Yadav who came for delivery was such a stupid idiot and badspoken - didnt behave properly and refused to take the stuff to first floor and threw the stuff in anger and left

Very bad experience

I parceled my bike from bhavnagar gujarat to jaipur raj. On 5/09/2020. Around 10 days after bike reached jaipur raj. But fuel tank was damaged. I have asked for repair and procedure for the same because i have insurance of my bike. I had conversation with ashwin bhai ([protected]) and vipul bhai many time (15-20 times) but they did not respond.

I had couriered my items from bangalore on 13th september 2020 using gati international packers & movers pvt ltd to kolkata.

First issue i have is that instead of gati, they are using rivigo to send my items. Last updated status on the item with location was on 15th september 2020 in bangalore and since then it has been in transit. I called up the contact in gati who wasn't able to provide me with any proper answer. Contact number of the person from gati - [protected]. I have been calling this person since last week and he has not provided any proper information that can help me locate my consignment.

I fear for my consignment and hence i am making a formal complaint against rivigo and especially gati for their unprofessional behavior when it comes to handling my courier. The items contain my documents and other valuables. Please help me get my items as i can't even get a proper status on my items and where it is.

I am attaching the invoice and bill from gati and i am hoping that you can help me get my consignment safely.
