Sir this is ranjith from nizamabad, I purchased finger print lock from zicom in Amazon COD process when about 30days back, but there is no response from zicom for installation of this product, I have tried in many ways like..called customer services and filled complaint registration form in zicom website but till now didn't get any reply. FPL installation quotation number “SSP_081801” I got this to my mail, Please install this product to our office.
