We’ve spoke to Lakshmi Prasanna from the insurance department working in the Somajiguda branch of RKS Saboo, who spoke to us in an unprofessional manner for example saying we’ve seen a lot of customers like you and what will you do by informing the GM about my behaviour, nobody can do anything about my behaviour . I understood that People who work here are allowed to treat customers as their servants who are at the mercy of the owner for salary (salary = policy ) here . Just a reference, no offence to anybody
