Rnq Solutions — threatening to pay money

My name is arun one day i have applied jobs on quikr jobs.com. Then i received a call from rnq solutions agent komal. She said that i must make the form filling jobs so that they would pay me 20000 and in that 5200 would be taken by them. Then they made a legal agreement but after i have accepted the work their website is not working. I have also said to that lady komal that your website is not working. Sh said me that i have same problem i will call you later but till now i have not received call from her and their advocate has made a legal legitimation that i have not done the work.
