Rns Motors — True value purchase vehicle | |||||
Hi Team, We have purchased a pre-owned Maruti Suzuki Ritz car (KA02MK3393)a month back from RNS motors Goregontepalya. From the time we purchased this car, we are facing the issue of "Engine Hesitation during Acceleration or low power during Accelerate the vehicle" and we have raised this issue with RNS several times however they claim there is no issue in the vehicle which is not true. We get the constant engine check light in dashboard and we see issue in vehicle performance. In this one month, thrice we have taken the vehicle to the service center to resolve this issue, but we are not at all satisfied with their service and explanation provided. Please take is complaint on a serious note and kindly resolve the issue. Please find the below job card for your reference.
