Ro Care India — Non refund of money taken for Water Purifier

I had ordered and paid for Atlantis Super Hot Cold & Normal Non Bottled Water Dispenser. Their Invoice No. 197001R803 dated 20/03/2024 for Rs. 17, 400/-. After 2 weeks they informed they are unable to deliver and directed me to cancel the order. Accordingly I cancelled the order and was informed that they will refund the money in 24 to 48 hours. Subsequently when I contacted them, they asked me to contact one Lalit (his contact no. [protected]). After several months of calling him, he shared another number [protected] of one Gautam Goswami. After 2 months of discussion and sharing my bank details with him, he shared another number [protected] of one Ms. Priti Sharma. After several days of discussion, she shared another number [protected] of one Sunil Kumar. I called him and he shared another number [protected] of one Mr. Wasim, Accountant. He again asked me to talk to Sunil Kumar. I contacted their Director, who is the Leader of this Fraudsters. Till date they haven't refunded me. While I wrote a review on google, they responded saying to contact their customer care. I have emailed all details, till date, after 2 years, they haven't paid me. Please beware of this fraudsters.
