This query of Kent RO Service Pincode 171001 Yadhav Niwas, Shimla .It’s been five days since I’m calling on this no [protected] Mr Gaurav answers the call and will promise u to call back in 15 mins which never happens again when u call up to remind u get the same answer .Next day same thing is repeated many times finally area manager’s no is given Mr Harpreet Singh [protected] who answers the call once and assures u to send some technician n today query would be solved and would call u back in 15 min regarding technician, which never happened.Later calling up again n again several times next day, call is deliberately not answered and it’s almost 4 days over now which is really harassment n fraud .Finally when I asked for corporate head office of Kent RO came to know that it’s only service provider .So my request to all consumers that pls don’t ever call them as shown in website they are fake n pretending to be Kent RO and Aquasure

Water from my RO machine is leaking since few days for which some fault in the motor system has been detected by the service man but no one till date has come for repair inspite of endless calls.
I am highly disappointed with the service of this company who needs 100 of calls for a small repair work

Company with cheap SEO tactic appear in the keyword for zero B customer care and claim to be official service provider for zero B products. Unfortunately I got trapped and called on their advertised customer care number thinking it's zero B official. They sent 2 technicians who looked completely unskilled and said filter needs to be changed. I got it changed and paid 5000. But still the Purifier wasn't working. Then they said motor needs to be changed. I paid for that as well and they changed the motor. Since they couldn't fit the wiring at home they took the purifier at service center and returned it after 4 days after fixing it. Later, we realized that it is not completely getting filled and the lights are not working. Lights were working perfectly fine before. Now these jokers say that lights had fused and we have put a brand new sensor hence it is not getting filled till top. Whole time these technicians were on call with someone to take instruction and working. I tried reaching out to all the avenues. Call center ([protected]) picks up and says an experienced technician will come to your place but no one ever turns up. They keep passing numbers of ASM ([protected]) & Area manager ([protected]). Area manager never picks up the call and ASM keeps promising (in extremely rude way) that technician will be sent but no one turns up. They looted 8000/- from me in total and still the issue is unresolved. I don't expect that such a fraud company will resolve the complaint but I hope other customers will be more aware and will not get stuck in such fraud gimmicks.

I booked the service from RO Care and they came and saw the filters and told like filters damaged and went. Again they came back with new filters and changed. Now the alarm is not stopping. I asked them why. They told some short circuit issue and they had taken my filter with them to the workshop and repaired. Once they fixed everything alarm start coming again and they told it will come now mildly. After usage of 10 days now the filters are completely stopped working.

Don't believe these guys try to book only authorised Kent service.

We had Contacted RO Care India for Change of my Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO UV filter on 18.8.2020. They alloted technician who asked for the photo of the product in whats app which I sent (Technician no. [protected]/Manager no.[protected]). Post that he came with filters and took Rs 6000 (google pay to Shaik Saqlain on 18.8.2020). But post fitting the filters, the machine was still showing calling error, which he and his manager (over phone) assured will get resolved and in case does not they shall come within 24 hours and resolve.Hence I paid the whole amount Rs 6000 in good faith. But after some time the machine stopped and since then we have been trying to contact and no one is responding (the technician nor his manager). Two days later when the Eureka Forbes person came he told us its some local product available for Rs 200 - 300 in the market and is not compatible to the machine, Hence we have been cheated by RO CARE INDIA for Rs 6000.

They are the worst service provider i have come across ever. They are bunch of cheaters and fraud people running a company. Once you pay the amc, they are not bothered to give service.

I paid rs. 7, 000/- for premium amc of my aquaguard ro. They had promised me to change all filters after 6 months. But, after passage of 8 months and on my repeated calls to their customer service centre, their technician came with 1 no. Local filter instead of 4 nos. Required in my ro. I refused to install local filter and the technician left without doing anything. I am not sure what to do next, complain to consumer court or purchase original filter from the market and get installed from local technician or get work done from urban clap, or continue chasing ro care india wasting my time & energy.

Their customer service centre is very unreliable and unresponsive. Once they get your mobile number, next time when you call they will disconnect the phone after silent picking. As i am having unlimited plan on my mobile, i continued calling them many times and they continuously silent picked the phone and disconnected. Finally, the customer service will provide name and mobile numbers of their so called managers himanshu, hemlata, saleza and technician kanchid pal and saurabh. First time these so called managers will pick the phone but from next time they will never pick the phone.

I made a big mistake by engaging with them on a misunderstanding that they are aquaguard authorized service provider. But they are not!

They are cheaters, they came to repair my kent water purifier, they were forcing me to change all filters inside, i denied that as i had changed all filters just few months back..
Still they changed one filter for rs. 450 and changed smps and charged me rs. 1250 for smps and rs. 300 service charges.. After they left when i checked the cost of smps on kent site, same smps is available for rs. 935 (Mrp).. They took rs. 300+ extra on one part. They are frauds, dont call them to repair anything.. I called RoCare on customer care portal and ask them to send service engineer to install and service my aquaguard. They promised me to send a guy next day and told me that service charge will be 500(installation)+300(service) which is I think too much costly, but I allowed them to send service man. He (Suraj tilve) came from Indore to Ujjain 4 hours late and the work he did was at immature level, he charged me 800/- and no receipt was given by him, also when he left I saw that the tank was dirty and no cleaning was done. I strongly recommend to boycott this agency. Then I called nearby aquaguard service engineer he charged me 200/- for service which was unquestionable and good.

I have an annual contract with ro care india valid for a year. Even after 8 days of filing of the complaint for the water unit, no action has been taken for the service of the unit. There has been one visit just to check the issue/ problem and no resolution provided thereafter for the past 8 days. We have not had drinking water at our home for the past 8 days. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service levels of the organisation. It wrongly advertises 24 hours/ fast service while in reality there is no quality of service levels provided. We have tried to contact the company on multiple occasions but of no avail. Even the engineer does not communicate/ pick the phone.

If the senior citizens of the country are treated in this manner by the company, wonder what the rest of the service quality would be like.

My aquaguard was due for servicing and hence i booked a request for servicing my aquaguard on 12.05 2019. The technician visited on the very same day. They worked on my aquaguard and billed me rs.1900/-. They left by 2 'o clock in the afternoon. But we noticed the same problem in the aquaguard and this time water was also seeping through the body. I called the same technician once again and i was promised that he will come in a while. Then i called the same guy at 5 in the evening. He said he is busy in some one else's work and won't be available on 12.05.2019. I allowed his request sympathetically as they promised that they will visit today that is on 13.05.2019 and complete the work first thing in the morning. I called them at 9 a. M followed by 12 p. M and then i had to call customer care of ro india once again as i was feeling that i am being duped. I was promised by the customer care executive that someone will visit today by evening and complete the work today. Now at 6 in the evening when i am calling the first technician, his cell phone is switched off. And customer care executives are also not paying any attention. Now on 14.05.2019 its been more than 48 hours & still my problem has not been addressed. All i am getting is fake promises from customer care of ro care india. I was told by customer care & the area manager as well (+91-[protected]) that my problem will be taken care of and i will be getting a call from the technician. For delay from ro care india's side, i had to take leave for two days i. E 13/05/2019 & 14/05/2019. And ro care india does not even care to sort this problem. I have paid my bill in full (Reciept attached). For this delay i have to face harrasment & mental agony. Till date no technician has called or visited my premises. Bill is attached herewith.

My name is mohammed atiq. On 24th october 2018 i requested for water filter servicing. On 25th october 2018 suresh jaiswal (Mob no. [protected]) visited my house and did the servicing and replaced the parts (Sediments filter, carbon filter & the membrane) and charged us ₹3800/- (Including service charges). On 25th march 2019 i had to call a private technician because the taste of water was not good. The technician informed us that the parts that were replaced are all duplicate and in we will be facing the same problem again & again. After learning about the duplicate parts i placed a complaint with the company on 4th april 2019. The next day on 5th april 2019 ankit dubey (Mob no. [protected]) was suppose to come and inspect the machine & do the needful but till date (I. E 16th april 2019) neither he nor anyone from the company has come to redress the problem even after repeated reminders. The two representatives (Neeraj & vishnu) whom i spoke to, who takes down the complaint are very unprofessional, very rude and very arrogant. As soon as they hear my name they directly disconnect the call. Please help.

My Name is Sravavan Kumar, I have raised a complaint for servicing RO Water Purifier, Aquaguard Magna.
Technician came and charged 4500/- INR and installed duplicated parts.
Despite calling customer care several times, they are not responding properly, looks like they are frauds. need your help for taking the action on them, Every time customer care executives transfers the calls to their higher officials but no use, All are frauds. We have taken amc through ro care india unknowingly. We thought through kent after that only we came to know, they are not kent persons. They are cheating with kent uniform and kent logo and taken 8100 for amc. Till now didn't come for one visit and our machine got repaired. But they are not coming for to do service.
Please don't call rocare india. They are cheaters and poor service

The company uses duplicate parts which doesn't last and aquaguard doesn't work
Even after repeated phone calls either thry don't lift the phone or else give an excuse
I stay in miyapur hyderabad the local ro man sravan kumar is either dead or escaped in thin air as he doesn't takethe call
This company seems to be fraud police acto should be initiated against the agency

Hi everyone, i have taken amc from company for my aquaguard ro for rs. 7500 and now after 6 months i tried to reach them but despite several calls they are not taking even complaint. It's 100% a fraud company and one should take a special care before booking for service of your water purifiers. It's been 2 weeks they are even not picking up my phone. Such a bad service fraudsters.

Despite of several calls no body is came to my house for checking kent ro.
Mr. Sandeep who is technician at ro care india fraud to me and mentaly harash me and my wife for commiting several times for visit house giving time but never come.
I have wrote sevevral mail to ro care india but no body responded. It is a fake company and looted me but i am not leave them easily i will lodge a police complaints against mr. Sandip & ro care india.

My name is rohit, i live in faridabad b - block h. No - b-430 ff backside green field colony, and i was lodged a request for my kent ro service which is not under warranty, a visit arranged by your side on 28.3.18 and a technitian came to my house named mr. Sandeep. He inspect ro and said 3 filter need to be replaced then he suggested for amc plan of one year with cost of rs5000 and said that all parts which are need to be replaced will be cover under this plan including 4 free servicing in one year.
So after his suggestions i took that plan and according to his commitment he replaced 3 filter at that time. One more filter need to be replaced but he said i have to call for it after 10 days once my plan will update in your system after 1 day and i will receive a sms from your side for registering amc plan.
But after a week no msg received till from your side and when i called on your number mentioned in your bill no body responded positively and no one give me any details regarding my amc plan registered.
I have also send invoice copy on one number which is - [protected] but still no response. So i am worried is mr sandeep cheated me or your company policy is fake. If not so then kindly reply me and send me msg towards my amc plan and send someone to check my ro again and change filter.

My self kailash gupta & i purchased amc for aquaguard genus water ro purifier from ro care india company from 5-nov-17 to 4-nov-18.

My product water purifier is not working since 2 months. I have registered complaint multiple times but they are giving me excuses instead of resolving the issue.

Company's service is very pathetic. I am chasing from last two months for ro problem resolution. I made several phone calls & registered complaints multiple times. Still no resolution.

I have escalated to mr. Manoj company director also.

Such type of response is unacceptable. Please take necessary action against this company.

My Kent RO was serviced by RO Care India. Amount Rs.3900 on 24 Nov 17. After the servicing my the RO water became very bad. TDS is greater than 400. I lodged a complaint at RO Care India vide complaint no cmpl15085. I have made more than a 100 calls. Their response is very bad. They speak for a second and disconnect the phone instantly. Almost 10 days have passed. No technician visited till now. All the time they say that technician will be sent tomorrow, but tomorrow never came. Very bad service

Amc for my kent ro taken on 24-sep-2017. After that, in last three months, the ro broke down more han 3 times and ever engineer who visited assured us that the problem will not appear again.

Last two days two engineers have visited after multiple calls and instead of fixing the problem, they have added new problems to it.

This ro service provider not at all recommended.

Pathetic service cheaters and swindlers - you have cheated me if 5000 Rs in past 3 months and my RO is still not working despite changing many parts - Mr Mohit Kumar's threatens to visit but never reaches as he is still on his way for many days - maybe he is coming from another country by flight ( I even offered to pick him up and bring him to my house) - either give my money back or fix it now

Dear sir, I have taken the AMC of my Reviva RO from RO CARE INDIA. I have registered and complaint with them on 25th may 2015 the execute visited my house and said that my RO pump is not working he will change the pump tomorrow. Since then instead of repeated calls to customer care they are not turning up to fix the problem.Instead of repeated calls they are not visiting to my house to fix the issue .
