Not providing bill receipt for the service and also not providing further service on request.
As we got aquaguard filter service from RO CARE INDIA and after we paid the money of 6100/- by cash but we didn't received the bill receipt. They told the receipt will sent in the ro care India app itself. But i haven't received the bill yet.
And also they have not done proper service, one day after the service the the water was getting leaked out of the machine. Regarding this matter I have raised another complaint but they are responding to my complaint.

This company doesn’t have any technicians off their own. On registering a service request, they simply pass the job to some local guy. In my case the technician charged 5600 to change the pump, sediment and carbon filters. RO system stopped working after 2 days and the company didn’t send anyone to fix it for 4 days. Instead when I registered a new ticket a couple of new technicians immediately came and said the filters were cheap local ones and membranes has not been changed. I had to pay these guys also. The managers of the company are rude, use foul language and they put you in a loop of never ending follow ups after taking money. They have no intention to solve a problem nor they intend to take any action against a technician that cheats gullible customers like this. Essentially it’s a fraud company

AMC technician refusing to come
I was told by Brijesh to get an AMC for 12 months for 4000 Rs about 2 months ago. However twice from last three days I have called RO care india as my RO needs urgent repair and I don’t have water at my home. But the entire technician staff at Goa are celebrating Ganpati at Mumbai and they are not available at Goa. I want my refund for AMC

Company named RO care india, Kent RO [protected]@[protected], i have booked for kent purifier filters replacement instead of kent spares technician used and replaced by cheap spares parts by local Visakhapatnam kent authorised agent [protected] advise, charged me 3 times extra cost than MRP and didnt provided me neither bill nor warranty. If asked for it threatening in return. Now the system is out of operation due to bad service, wrong spares and from last 10 days not responding to any calls. Finally this is big fake company operating in almost all cities looting public money. RO services using kent name and spoiling their name.

I was called him for RO machine servicing but their Engineer clean outer candle and storage tank only.
Not touch Ro and corbon filter. I called customer service they saying yes RO candle & carbon filter parts are included in serving.
But arear manager support his service man and saying Petrol ka daam bad gya hai kitna kaam karega.

I have done Kent water purifier last month from RO Care India. The technician have changed memberance and charged 3000 rs without any bill. Service what they provide is unimaginable !!! Just after one week onwards my Kent stopped working. I called RO Care and gave a complaint. It's more 15 days, no technician have turned up. I called their customer care several times finally thet gave me Area Manager, Nikhita Dehradun. She never picks up the call!!! She's the manager. No ownership for anything. This company will chase you until they get their money after that they don't care for their customer needs. I strongly tell all the people to be Beware of this company. Do not trust them.

RO was repaired in March 2022 and 6 months warranty is written on bill (excessive charged) but now RO Care India is not entertaining my complaints after requesting several times. I’m attaching bill for reference so that strict action can be taken against RO Care India.

I choose RO service from your company and service was done on 20/04/2022. However, I did
not get the Tax invoice for the amount paid. I called customer care many times for which
they provided me the mobile number of Shreya(may be their senior). I called her many
times and also provided the details for bills on whatsup . But all in vain. I have not
yet got the bill even after 1 month. I request you to get the bill issues at the earliest
otherwise I will have to move to consumer court if i further did not get any response

Worst Pureit repair experience

This company is the biggest collection of scam artists in India. They claim to be a registered Pureit service provider and they are not, as I personally checked with the Pureit helpline. Their quality of service is as if someone from the road came and opened the machine for the first time. The management and technicians intentionally avoid your calls and are clearly just trying to make a quick buck and are NOT interested in helping you resolve your issues. NEVER APPROACH THIS COMPANY FOR FIXING YOUR WATER PURIFIER IF YOU WANT TO REMAIN SANE AND NOT WASTE MONEY.
We called the company to fix our Pureit Classic UV+ G2. They sent 2 technicians, Mr. Syed Jameer and Mr. Anand, to our house. They looked at the machine for a few minutes and said the main board needed to be replaced and that they had to take the machine to the service center to repair. However they gave an option to fix it temporarily so we still get water, and said they will be back to collect the machine after Eid. They handled the machine very roughly and damaged the plastic hooks in the back so it no longer sat on the wall. Their genius solution was to jab holes in the hard plastic back of the machine with a knife and destroy the hooks so the machine would hang properly. However they screwed this basic task up too and the machine kept falling off the wall.
The customers were senior citizens and they were harassed for full payment of Rs. 5300/- without a receipt. They collected the money and promised to come back after Eid for a permanent solution, and we have not seen them since. When we realized the shoddy and disgraceful work these fellows had done, we called the company. The main office had a very useless and spineless Ms. Simran Taj who misdirected us multiple times and did everything in her power to not give us a timely solution. She directed us to the even more useless area coordinator Mr. Gaurav Goswami who was the least helpful person possible and did not take the complaint seriously, falsely saying that the technicians were unreachable. This company ended up telling us that the job has already been done and that no further assistance is possible. We are in the process of taking this complaint to the government Consumer Helpline and the Frazer Town Police in Bangalore.

Unauthorised service and hefty payment of charges without bill
This number was given to me at the installation of my Pureit water filter in Aug 2020 as a registered service center of Pureit (HLL). I raised a complaint on 2nd May as my Pureit water filter stopped working, Called this number [protected] as this was what was given to me at installation but later found that it is RO care India which is not a registered service provider of Pureit.
There was no intimation by SMS on the name of the technician or his details. A person called Jameer posed as a technician from RO Care India called and without hearing the issue said the cost of the issue would be 5000Rs + 300 Rs (labor charge). He came changed something and charged Rs 5300 without a bill and said that the problem has been temporarily fixed. ON fitting the machine back, he jabbed a knife on the back of the machine causing damage to the hooks and left saying he would return for a thorough job. Its been 2 days and I have realised I have been cheated of money, no resolution to the problem and now a damaged machine. Customer care has been dodging me. I am an old man of 83 years and this has been a serious offense against me and my appliance. Kindly help

Area manager Kajal service failure
I took an AMC for my Kent water purifier on 14th February 2022 from RO Care India. Service what they provide is unimaginable !!! Last Friday onwards my Kent stopped working. I called RO Care and gave a complaint. It's 5 days no technician have turned up. I called their customer care several times finally thet gave me Area Manager, Kajal #[protected]. She never picks up the call!!! She's the manager. No ownership for anything. This company will chase you until they get their money after that they don't care for their customer needs. I strongly tell all the people to be Beware of this company. Do not trust them.

They are fraud. I filed a complaint for my Livpur ro and the engineer came, changed my original parts for the duplicate ones, and ruined my touchpad. Now when i call them, they don't take action against it

Representative from RO CARE INDIA cheated me. They charged ₹300 in the name of service. They didn't provided any invoice for that. When after 3-4 days I faced the same issue for which I availed their services, they are asking me to pay this time also. They are saying that since I didn't faced the same issue within next 24 hr so I have to pay full amount of service charge this time as well. I feel cheated. Kindly help me.

RO Care india service center and technicians are cheating people

Background: My LivPure RO machine's both carbon and sediment filter had been replaced (Kent filters)one month back(Normally on replace of filter it can be used at least 6 month and costs 1500Rs).
On sunday 14th November, we complained about our LIVPURE RO GLO was not working. It has been communicated from RO India that next day technician will visit and resolve the same(Monday) with service charge Rs300.
As promised technician Bishnu(mob:[protected]) arrived my native arround 10Am 15th Nov monday. He stared checking machine. After some time without asking me he changed both the filter(sediment and Carbon) along with Mineral filter. It started working. But when i asked he said cost arround Rs1800 + Rs 300 service charge. Now i denied to change the filter as my filter were new. He asked me to discuss with service center GUY Mr Balbinder singh(Mob:[protected] np:name might be wrong ). When i discussed with him, he also said like my technician has replaced new filters and payment has to be made. Then i argued like, my filter cartiridge were new and why he replaced without asking. But he didnot listen.
Then i said exactly that "Aap log aise customer ko chutia bana rahe ho".
And said to reinstall my old filters. But by that time the technician mixed both old and new filters. It was difficult for me to recognize. So now the technician suggested me that give me Rs 600 and i will put new ones and will not tell to service center guy.
With this i agreed and had a decent conversation and paid Rs 300+ Rs100 to him. Then he said the UV is making the motor stop. So he has disconnected the UV from filtering process. It will not create any issue.
Then i asked him fill the tank and i will see if overflow happens or motor stops when water fulls in tank. But he said it will not overflow. He waited 2 min. But before over flow happens the technician ran away. I couldnot find him. I called him arround 15 times he didnot pick call. Now i called service center guy.
At this point, he started blaiming that i had scolded the guy with bad words. And he didnot listen me.
Then i called customer care of RO India, they gave area service manager no Mr Navin-[protected]. When he arranged a conference call between, service center and technician after 1 day, both service center person mr singh and technician bishnu were denying the chages and complained that i used bad words for them. Even the technician denied of taking money.
Now after 4 days i am having my purifier filled with overflowed water. And no one from ro care is listening this after my number of calls.
Please suggest what should be done.

Fraud move against its vendors

I am registered one of the vendor in ro care india, i have recharged 3000 rupees overall for their company and only get 2000 (attending the customer expenses are my own risk) after 3 recharges they ask me 10000 rupess for their security amount. they didn't mention any service amount while joining the company now they asking for more money. please take action against the company it will be helpful for all vendors and their family.

I have purchased 10 th june 2021 and give a warranty card but after two months is not working properly. I have purchased [protected] this no some ladies asked me we will provide aquafresh. After two days I contact customer care mannubhai and he asked me provide technician but he had taken charge . Technician Mr Mukesh Kumar com, e to my home and asked me charges 1250 ruppies and also asked me this filter was very poor condition. Therefore I request you please taken strictly action of against mobile no [protected] and [protected]. I m in Dhanbad. [protected] name Ali asked me I m also in Dhanbad and in one year give your free warranty. Therefore I request you please strictly action of [protected] and [protected]

Since 2 to 3 even after AMC my new device from Dr. Aquaguard has gone under several repairs due to their fake filter products they charged such huge amount for chip based RO and every alternate month my aquaguard is not functioning. Their new filter lasts for just few months god knows what kind of product they are giving.

Pathetic customer service after AMC and Technicians
We have taken AMC from RO Care and now whenever we have any issue, they guys are not coming on time. Company is doing fraud with AMC customers because they are not proving services on time. And also their strategy to change part of RO that is not come under AMC.
really frustrating us since 3 days. we have complaint on 16 June 2021 that RO is very slow still no one come.

I have taken an AMC from RO Care on 21/11/2020 and since then no one visited to check my product.
I have given complaint from last 10 days and spoken to everyone but no response.
I spoke to almost 20 members from Customer Care but they all gave me 5 different numbers to contact to get support. Those people will receive call once and confirm that technician will be sent and then no one will receive call again.

RO care India contacted me for service of my Hindustan Unilever RO Pureit filter and gave task to one technician Mahendra Prasad- with phone Nos.[protected] & [protected].
This man 4 months back carried out service after one day on repeated calls. My RO is one year old. At that time he said next time sediments filter, Membrane, carbon system etc will have to be changed. I asked prices of those, which were quite high. I told him I will purchase them online. He said ok. I purchased those parts online. RO care India again called me one week back for providing service. I told them ok. They again allotted the job to Mahendra Prasad. Since parts were purchased online & not from him he kept fixing date & time for service many times but he never turned up for service. This notorious character will not reply to phone calls after fixing date & non appearance.

Pathetic customer service after AMC

Hello, I did an AMC with you on 02.03.2021 and as per your supervisor (Mobile no[protected]Yuvraj) who has visited at my place updated that he has changed all the parts apart from one valve which was related with auto cut and his commitment was to install the same by very next day which is 03.03.2021 and I have paid him 6500.00. Unfortunately, from 03.03.2021 no one visited my place and I was not able to connect the service person also over phone as he always disconnects my call.
Anyhow after continuously follow up to your customer care at least for four to five times, another service person visited my place on 23.03.2021 and told that carbon inline, float valve and FR-450 changed by him self, surprisingly the earlier person who has visited on 02.03.2021 also informed me that he has changed carbon inline and FR-450.
Now post today’s checking and parts changed TDS of water increased to 300+ and water not coming to RO also.
Again I have called your customer care, one of the senior manager Ms. Anita[protected] and called multiple times to the person (Sandeep Thakur[protected] visited today. As per Ms. Anita she can not do any thing today and Sandeep not received any call
And waiting for a permanent solution
Please think what a worst category service you are providing to your customer post AMC

Do not Honor AMCs Beware Stay away

RO Care India is a Fraudulent organization which do not honor its AMC and if you call them in 12th month they do not come and if come they charge for everything. AMC clearly tell 12 month but they stop honoring after 11 month.
It is like a health insurance company deny your hospitalization in 12th month saying in 12-month policy we only cover for 11 month.
Just highly unethical behavior and very rude call center staff.

Has destroyed my RO by Installing duplicate filter in my RO, now I am not getting filtered water and machine indicating with red blinking light.. complained many times in service center to Mr Abhishek cont no: [protected], Mr Shubham ( Area Manager) cont num: [protected] And Arif (Machenic) cont no: [protected] & [protected], but they are not taking serious and ignoring my call, they told me that company will send you online invoice but nothing i recieved till date and taken payment from me through Googlepay. I want a same RO new or else update my machine with original parts

THIS A FRAUD COMPANY DONT EVER PLACE A SERVICE REQUEST OR EVER TRUST THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY I PAID 9600 FOR 3 YEARS AMC AND NO TECHNICIAN CAME AND NOT EVEN ONE SERVICE DONE IF I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TELL ILL SEND A TECHNICIAN AND IVE CALLED THE COMPANY AND WAITED FOR 4 MONTHS AND NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AND THEY SAID ILL GET A BILL ONLINE AND HAVENT RECIVED IT YET DONT EVER TRUST OR CALL THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE IF YOU BELIVE IN THEM AND INVEST YOUR MONEY GOES DOWN THE DRAIN

Water from my RO machine is leaking since few days for which some fault in the motor system has been detected by the service man but no one till date has come for repair inspite of endless calls.

Company with cheap SEO tactic appear in the keyword for zero B customer care and claim to be official service provider for zero B products. Unfortunately I got trapped and called on their advertised customer care number thinking it's zero B official. They sent 2 technicians who looked completely unskilled and said filter needs to be changed. I got it changed and paid 5000. But still the Purifier wasn't working. Then they said motor needs to be changed. I paid for that as well and they changed the motor. Since they couldn't fit the wiring at home they took the purifier at service center and returned it after 4 days after fixing it. Later, we realized that it is not completely getting filled and the lights are not working. Lights were working perfectly fine before. Now these jokers say that lights had fused and we have put a brand new sensor hence it is not getting filled till top. Whole time these technicians were on call with someone to take instruction and working. I tried reaching out to all the avenues. Call center ([protected]) picks up and says an experienced technician will come to your place but no one ever turns up. They keep passing numbers of ASM ([protected]) & Area manager ([protected]). Area manager never picks up the call and ASM keeps promising (in extremely rude way) that technician will be sent but no one turns up. They looted 8000/- from me in total and still the issue is unresolved. I don't expect that such a fraud company will resolve the complaint but I hope other customers will be more aware and will not get stuck in such fraud gimmicks.
