Ro Care India — Not providing bill receipt for the service and also not providing further service on request.

As we got aquaguard filter service from RO CARE INDIA and after we paid the money of 6100/- by cash but we didn't received the bill receipt. They told the receipt will sent in the ro care India app itself. But i haven't received the bill yet.

And also they have not done proper service, one day after the service the the water was getting leaked out of the machine. Regarding this matter I have raised another complaint but they are responding to my complaint.
