This company doesn’t have any technicians off their own. On registering a service request, they simply pass the job to some local guy. In my case the technician charged 5600 to change the pump, sediment and carbon filters. RO system stopped working after 2 days and the company didn’t send anyone to fix it for 4 days. Instead when I registered a new ticket a couple of new technicians immediately came and said the filters were cheap local ones and membranes has not been changed. I had to pay these guys also. The managers of the company are rude, use foul language and they put you in a loop of never ending follow ups after taking money. They have no intention to solve a problem nor they intend to take any action against a technician that cheats gullible customers like this.
