Dear sir/madam, This is to bring in your kind notice, that on date 2 june 2020 i raised a complaint in ro-care india portal regarding the ac dc adapter problem in my ro unit, the person (Mob [protected]) came to my house to repair it, he charged me 850rs and as per him it was a brand new adapter (Manufacturing year 2016).in the evening itself it started with a high temperature (85 degree), refer photo in the email shared to you ([protected]@rocareindia.com). I asked him to change but till date he is not picking up the phone. He told me that there is a warranty of 1 year but he installed an old repaired part (2016 manufacturing year) and now the adapter is shorted hence my ro is not working now. Concerns are below :- 1) correct part should be replaced asap. 2) once with the help of customer care i was able to talk with him over a concall and he said that he has many customers and he don't receive the phone of customers, is this how ro care works? 3) they are saying i have to pay 400 for service, why should i pay for it? In spite of, the day it was changed ; it was overheated the same day 4) why a adapter of 2016 was installed in my machine. 5) i have written so many mails to [protected]@rocareindia.com / raised complaints and had a lots of calls with customer care but till time there is no solution given to me.
