Had bought a simcard for my 10 day Europe trip. Highly dissatisfied with the service and it didn’t work for more than a day. Either the phone calls worked or the data. It was most annoying and stressful to try and sort it whilst on holiday. Highly disappointing. Don’t recommend buying this. In addition they tried to get me to change the phone settings and it didn’t work. Had to buy a new simcard locally and it worked seamlessly!! An added expense of course.

It really is troublesome to be writing emails to you guys again and again. But the agitation is so much that I have to do this yet again.
The bad service that you guys have provided to me this time is unbelievable. It pains me to use both the numbers which you guys have provided. Every time that I pick up the phone to make a call the phones do not work.
And if they do the voice quality of the calls are so disgusting that you have no choice but to hang up the phone.

One sim card service is worse than the other. Roam1 still doesn’t work out of Oriskany office. And the other H2O is so bad in quality that I had to disconnect both the calls today which I tried to make. What is the point of me to have two phones when both of them are NOT working. And mind you there is nothing wrong with the phones itself but the service which you guys are providing us.

Now let me tell you something about the data connection. Thank god for being in the first world country that we have wifi everywhere we go. Trust me if I was solely relying on your data connection, I would have landed into a lot trouble by now. How about you take out a report from your back end team and see how many times I have used your data and where. You will come to know that while being on the road the phone data does not work at all. I happen to rely on the maps on the phone and guess what I got stuck on the road driving in circles because the phone did not have any data. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. And if you happen to be in this country ever you will know this is not India where you can pull over your car anytime and ask for directions, if I do that I would end up being in jail or another car will come and collide into mine.

What is the point of me taking a sim in advance from you guys if this the service you will provide to me. And to top is all you going to sell this phone to everyone in the office. Mind you when I come back I will ensure everyone knows what sort of service you are providing us. Including the travel desk and the procurement team. This has been nothing but a horrid experience. And I am still left with another week to go and the only way I am being able to reach people is thru internet calling. Because your phone does not work half the time when I want to use them. Did you really have to send me a H2O sim card which is even worse in the service.

Everyday I get missed call messages from your customer care because your people as well are not able to reach me. How ironical is that!! And if you feel I have all the time in the world to write emails to you everytime the phone is not working then you are highly mistaken. Yesterday I was in the hotel room and people were not able to reach me. I can send you sreenshots of the missed call messages which I got. Let me know!

Roam1Mobile’s Freedom Sim Card is no where close to its name. It’s that option which will force you to make regular calls to the customer care because that number would hardly work. Such a waste of money and time using their services.

Roam1Mobile have a lot of hidden charges which youo will realize after having purchased their sim card for any destination. I bought their sim card for US and it became really heavy on my pocket cz I had to regularly recharge the sim every alternate day. The sales guy ddidnt even take the pain to help me understand the tariff or even understand my needs. Overall, a really disappointing experience using Roam1Mobile.

Roam1Mobile is the worst option for any student going to Singapore. I have had a terrible experience of bills reaching as high as 25k a month while the actual amount was 7k. They definitely cheat in the billed amount and getting it corrected is a painful task. There are better options available and Roam1Mobile is definitely not one of those.

My daddy got me a Roam1Mobile student plan for Singapore, for convenience of carrying a number before i got there. Please check ur bills properly as they have a habit of inflating bills as mine was clearly inflated by 10k!! And on actually my bill was not even worth 8k. It is really bad to exploit the customer like that..

Roam1Mobile have the rudest people working for them!! I was using their sim card in Malaysia without the initial credit of some 1000 bucks like they said would be credited in the number automatically. I got in touch with them and they said it was credited, but i blew it off on some calls apparently that i did not even make!! I mean what a way to make money of people!! Atleast credit things that are a part of the tariff!!

Studying in Singapore, i realised that the sim card that i was using from Roam1Mobile is the most expensive service that i could actually opt for. Super expensive ( bill for 25k/ month) even after activating all the data packs and cheap call back to India !! Glad i cancelled the contract after 4 months o[censored]sage. And the network coverage was barely any signals always.

I had done a proper research on the plans by Roam1 Mobile on their website and hence opted for their plan as it seemed economical and good.. well its all a big fat lie as their plans turned out be the most expensive ones that i have ever used with poor services!!

I got my parents a Roam1 Mobile SIM for US (USA Standard 30 with BB). Super quick in delivering the sim card but that’s the best that they can do in customer service!! Call quality throughout the trip was unsatisfactory! Most of the time the sim showed no network! My dad had to restart the phone to make it work but of no use! We’ve complained to their customer service a million times but have not got any response from them. Very disappointed and do not see the sense o[censored]sing such services now.

Roam1Mobile is the worst company to deal with... My dad got me their student plan for Singapore and it all turned out to be a big scam. They have the worst plans that only look affordable, but actually they are expensive!! Bills of 20k for a month with no itemised details and this are a regular stuff with them.. Ultimately we got the contract disconnected and are now waiting for refunds.

There is no way that i will recommend to use this pathetic Roam1Mobile sim card services. Poor signal is a the best that they have to offer. Plus their customer support is equally disinterested in addressing to issues.!! Use it at ur own risk

It will be any day better of not travelling with a phone number than using Roam1Mobile Sim cards. Their global sim card totally sucks and is sick expensive. In most of the places, it does not even work properly. All in all, Roam1mobile sim cards are nothing but disappointment and a flop show.

My daddy got me a Roam1Mobile student plan for US, for my convenience. But it was only inconvenience. Without any details provided by them, they directly deducted 30k on my father’s credit card !! Please be warned that this happened not once, but thrice in a row and when we saw my original bill it was not even a total 25k for 3 months, while they kept charging 30k for every month. Plus when you will go for disconnection, they will take forever to discontinue the plan and to refund the excess charged.!

Roam1Mobile will be the cheapest and the worst option for anyone who wishes to use their service!! And by cheap i mean with the service quality, price wise they are hell expensive. No where close to being affordable. My overall experience o[censored]sing Roam1Mobile was really bad, with perpetual call drops and no support or solution from their customer care team, no matter how much you called them.

Never use Roam1Mobile!! I bought their Malaysian sim card and the sales guy said its for some 3100 rs and i would get credit worth 1700.. Nothing of this sort ever happened! It literally became more of a nightmare than easing out my vacation!!

Worst choice for an international travel --- Roam1’s plans for USA are the most expensive and full of hidden costs and charges. My free usage money wasn’t credited despite following up with the guy who sold me the card. And the call rates were crazy high. It is the worst choice for a travel solution.

Having experienced the poor services with Roam1, I would like to warn everyone against them. I had bought their Global Sim Card thinking it would be really convenient for me to keep one number, instead turned out that my thought of convenience was all wrong. The most inconvenient services ever. Not only poor coverage, but at certain places the sim didnt even register the network. It was the biggest mistake to use their services.

Roam1 Mobile global sim card is the worst possible choice for anyone looking for one number for many countries of travel. They have disgusting coverage, its almost like nothing and trying to get A SIGNAL BAR on the phone is an achievement. Its a total waste of money! Plus its super expensive.. Never using it again.

It just stopped working all of a sudden with no warning and then just refused to register and thereafter. On calling the customer care, they said they cant help me with this issue as the sim cant be replaced. Why the hell sell a product that doesn’t work??
