Roam1 Mobile should be charged for their scamming behaviour on their international sim cards. I got this sim card from them for Malaysia which never worked at all!!! It worked the first day ( looks like only to show that it can work) but stopped working or registering anything post that for 4 days. I even got the number recharged but nothing!! And no matter how much you try calling their customer centre, those ppl just don’t bother responding to any calls.

    Roam1 Mobiles is highly unprofessional and unethical when it comes to dealing with customer queries. I enquired about a sim card for Singapre which they said would be delivered well in time and being a pre paid thing, i would have to recharge it to get going!! Having agreed to everything, not only did they delay the delivery of the sim card, literally making me beg for a product that they sell but to top it up, their [censored]ed up recharge system ate my money with no credit !! Burnt my fingers and never recommending this unethical service provider to anyone else in the future!!

      Roam1Mobile have the rudest people working for them!! I was using their sim card in Malaysia without the initial credit of some 1000 bucks like they said would be credited in the number automatically. I got in touch with them and they said it was credited, but i blew it off on some calls apparently that i did not even make!! I mean what a way to make money of people!! Atleast credit things that are a part of the tariff!!

        My daddy got me a Roam1Mobile student plan for Singapore, thinking it would make my life alot
        simpler there without having to worry about running for recharge and
        everything. Turned out that for a month where i hardly made any international
        calls, my bill was 15k!! No details provided by them, just a direct deduction
        on the credit card. !! Not only will they later harass you for your own money
        but throw tantrums when u want to get the number disconnected!!

          If you ever wish to have a peaceful trip, never buy a Roam1Mobile card. Bought this card for Malaysia which never worked since the time we landed. After several non stop calls to the customer care, it worked for a bit, with the initial credit of a few 1000 rs not being credited. It was such a harassment asking for your own money that you have already paid for!!! Never using this for free also OK

            I purchased a sim card from Roam1 Mobile for Singapore which never worked! When I landed there it didn’t work for first 5 days inspite of my getting it charged. No matter how much you call the customer care, it is impossible to get your money refunded!

              I was travelling to Malaysia and opted for Roam1 Mobile Sim cards. Thinking that it was prepaid, my expenses would be minimal!! And that was a mistake!! I spent almost 100$ equivalent on recharging the phone and apparently running out of credit almost every day!! Calling from payphones was relatively simpler and cheaper !!

                Studying in Australia, i realised that the sim card that i was using from Roam1 Mobile is the worst service that i could actually relate to. Super expensive ( bill for 20k/ month) even after activating all the data packs and cheap call back to India stuff!! Glad i cancelled teh contract after 2 months o[censored]sage. Oh not to forget, the connectivity is like you what you would get in a cave!! Zilch!!

                  For my first travel abroad, i happened to take the services of Roam1 Mobile for Malaysia. PATHETIC!! The promised money never got credited on my number, and getting through their customer centres for help on the recharging process was a task. The number just never GOT THROUGH!! It became more of a nightmare than easing out my vacation!!

                    I recently decided to study in Singapore and for convenience and connectivity my dad got me a sim card from Roam1 Mobile. Considering the sim card was a post paid option, we were ensured that they wud share an itemised billing before deducting any payments on the credit card. Of the three bills generated, those frauds shared only one with somebody else’ singapre number and immediately deducted 10k on the card. Several calls and visits finally got us our actual bill which was not even 4k!! What a shame that these ppl make money of cheating ppl

                      Roam1 Mobile is the worst when it comes to student plans. You will literally pull your hair using their services for US. Its is highly recommended that their services shd not be used cz they are masters at producing wrong bills that culd go as high as 20k a month for calls you never made. And for a refund and cancellation of the number, its an uphill task!! [censored]ed up

                        Dont go for Roam1 Mobile sim cards even if they are for free. I was using their USA Premium 30 for some 5700 rs and was told that i will be gven 3900 rs as free talktime. I never got that talktime which was a part of the plan and all the more, on contacting the customer centre @[protected] it kept on saying number out of service !! Really a telecom company with their number out of service !!

                          I would like to lodge a complaint against Roam1 Mobile. My son was using their student plan for Australia and they bombed us with a huge bill of 25k for a month without an itemised billing. On frequent calls to the customer care, they somehow agreed to email the bill and we saw it was not even the number that my son was using. Such a fraud company that we immediately cleared all the dues and got rid of such a pathetic service.

                            I was going to US and still curse the day that i decided to use Roam1 as my telecom option. Firstly i wasn’t given the free minutes promised worth rs 6400/- and i paid heavily for such worst services. No connectivity most of the times and recharging the number was pretty painful. Totally discard Roam1

                              Getting a prepaid sim card from Roam1 for Malaysia was the worst travel decision I could make. Could use this crapy sim card for making calls or getting it recharged as it never worked at the first place! Pathetic service provider!! I just dumped the card in a bin man!

                                Someone has to be working for Clay telecom and totally out of their mind for having deliver the wrong sim card to their customers. I was travelling to UK and this sales guy gave me an Italy sim card inserted in the UK pack. What hassle i had to go through my travel, first with the worng number, hardly receiving any signals and then finally switching to my Indian number and having to pay a crazy bill. Absent minded staff and horrible services !! after this i asked them to pay for my Indian bill, which they just refused and hung up on me!

                                  Roam1’s plans for USA are the most expensive and full of hidden costs and charges. They fleece you man!! My free usage money wasn’t credited to me at all and some their customer care gave some lame excuse that i switched on the US no (when i never did ) before i boarded the flight so it all got consumed. And the call rates were crazy high. It could be any ones worst choice for a travel solution. Negative !!!

                                  The worst international telecom solution ever – Roam1 Mobile !! Pathetic network coverage, and trust me ur calls will drop every few seconds and you will end up spending more money just to get your voice across !! Never using this company again !!
