I had purchased parryware entice in cuddalore, Tamil Nadu.. 40% water staying in western sink.. Technician came from company side and arguing that it's model, water I'll stay in western sink.. With 40% filled with water, how can a customer use western toilet?? Is ths parryware model?? Water staying in sink, even though we flush the tank...

    Parryware tab which we bought 11 months back is not working correctly now. We had same complaint 5 to 6 months back and even after service we now get same issue.

        I have got some technical defect while using flush as it is not properly working .it cant store water in it due to error in its button. Kindly do the need ful as soon as possible.

                    I have been facing the issue in the toilet commode. I have a clogged toilet right after using it, even after continuous flushing of toilet it remains blocked for about 2 days, and it is just a big mess. This has been happening frequently from the past one year. This issue ia observed in both the toilets at my house. I have brought the issue to the notice of one of your Parryware distributer, but no proper response from 1 year. I request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible...

                      I brought a commode on June 2021, and after one week its seat cover not working.I lodged a complaint so after calling so many times a person came and took video after that they are not solving the issue and saying it will take time.Its been one month already.If I would have known that u guys provide such pathetic service, i would never have buy it.I will never recommend parryware.

                          I bought two closets from Saru Ceramics, Mettupalayam and both the closets are leaking. I registered complaint over phone and was attended by two technicians(Mr. Mohan & Mr. Mani) but none of them were able to fix the problem. As I gave the complaint again, I was told that the complaint is closed. I was shocked. I am not able to use both the closets. So, necessary action may be taken on this issue and be fixed as soon as possible.

                            I bought two closets. Both are leaking.I gave complaints over phone. Two technicians (Mr. Mohan & Mr. Mani) came and they were not able to fix the problem.                               I had purchased the Geralda [censored]pot seatcovers last year on 6-10- 20. It broke down again on April this year following which I have been trying to contact the South Kolkata service centre. Nobody takes the call at any hour. I tried calling them at several different times. My cover is still under warranty and I want to get it changed. It has become a suffering now to keep calling and not getting any response. Please look into my complaint asap or I will have to lodge a complaint in the consumer court.

                                As I purchased toilet seat on 17th June 2021 and installed it but sorry to say from the date of installation the water in tank goes down frequently after it is full while we put the water tap off the level goes down after some time regularly your service person visited two times but the problem still exists please see into it and needful
