Kindly share this OTP 9976 to Close the Complaint.Thanks. It's been 45 days since the replacement for a Health Faucet was promised. No action taken till now and when I call service centre SVS Enterprises, Somajiguda they are rude and saying what shall we do if the part or product has not arrived and that takes 3-4 months sometimes. Do you think customers are fools or what for investing lakhs in Parryware and get such stinking service. I want to escalate this further. Failing to do so will publish on social media and consumer forum . Try reaching me on [protected] (Harish Venna). Just in case I am not able to take your call. This is regarding the complaint lodged "Reg No -CBE/260219/01 Parryware Roca Authorized".
We had purchsed two commodes and other parryware materials for our home.
There is a crack observed on the commode. This was installed in the month of Jan 2019. There are only two people at home ( parents). hardly used for a week.
We observed the crack and stopped using. When complained the dealer. Delear said he will invovle company technician.
Representative took pics and went. there was no response. After few week we were asked to contact parryware callcnetre and lodge complaint for replacement. Which we did.
Then one of the employee from parryware Rajendran calls and says " this cannot be replaced, as it could be damage done physically ".
Doesnt have manners to talk. why doesnt he makes an effort to understand, analsye the issue. did he really made an effort to check.
On what basis is he saying. We have snt the pics /bills etc.
Does this man really have sense of humour. If there is a pshysical damage, there would have been some scratch or mark or damage would have been seen on the commode. It is the crack on the commode.
When it is a company defect, please accept it. Dont let the customers suffer.
Thank God no one was using it, other wise if somewas was hurt during usage, will the company would have paid for that.
How can a company like Parryware employes such employee, who doesnt even have the manners to talk, handle customers, and situation.
I request Parryware company :
We are esteemed customers of Parryware. This is the worst kind of support being received. And we have been suffering.
