Kindly share this OTP 9976 to Close the Complaint.Thanks. It's been 45 days since the replacement for a Health Faucet was promised. No action taken till now and when I call service centre SVS Enterprises, Somajiguda they are rude and saying what shall we do if the part or product has not arrived and that takes 3-4 months sometimes. Do you think customers are fools or what for investing lakhs in Parryware and get such stinking service. I want to escalate this further. Failing to do so will publish on social media and consumer forum . Try reaching me on [protected] . Just in case I am not able to take your call.
