We had installed parryware single seat commode with lot of trust in parryware product but within few months it started leaking, when I called customer service they sent the technician first, before stepping in our House and before checking the problem he just started telling it won't be product problem it' will be your problem this that, but still calmly we asked him to check the product first and remedy, he took photos and vanished for 2 months, we tried calling him repeatedly with no response, again we called customer service second time then they arranged one more technician visit and he called one of his senior with video call and that person without any technical justification is telling that plumber has put cement down so the commode has cracked, now my patience is getting out and i am requesting company to provide there proper answer with resolution or else I will be forced to go to consumer court to find a legal solution for this.hope my problem would be solved by company in a pleasing way Was this information helpful? |
