Rocket Kommerce Llp — mobile 10 re (facing problem from very beginning)

Dear sir,
We have purchased mobile from you invoice date[protected], i am facing problem from very beginning but no support found from amazone or 10 r e,
So i requested to you, please support me. We have call to amazone regarding mobile replacement but he told me that i am not responsible for this and contact to 10 re, than we have call on toll free no [protected], he provide link for free pick and drop facility because his service center not available in my city, distance of service center 250 kms from our city. Mobile pick from me by fedex on date[protected] and delivered[protected], but no response found from 10 re side. Many time call bu us then he send expenses estimate rs 990/- my mobile is under warranty. I rejected estimate then he told me that send mobile back without repair. We have cash paid rs7000/- and mobile also receive by 10 re. No any support found from amazone company. I am very sad from this. So request to you please replaced my mobile and compensation also. I am very harassment from 4 month. I am very mentally disturbed. So i am repeatedly request please help me.
