I have purchased moto g plus, 4th gen (Black, 32 gb) through amazon on 18 oct. 2016 and was delivered on 20 oct. 2016. Phone worked well for a few months and off-late for last couple of months i started facing problem, the phone heats-up like hell while charging and when net is on.
I had sd card also inserted in the handset and it was working fine. Recently, added another sim, for past week or so, the handset started functioning erratically. Heating is perpetual issue since beginning, it has started hanging and for past 2 days, the screen flickers, various apps open-up on its own; none of the command is permissible, so much so if i try to switch off the phone, it does not support.
I have taken out sim 2, and sd card even then it does not work.
I had my primary sim installed at slot 1, which now if i insert that sim in slot 1, it does not read, whereas sim 2 inserted at slot 1, reads fine.

Requisite mails exchanged with amazon confirming placement or order, delivery etc. Are attached showing order details as well.

I placed and received order at my office address in gurgaon at global business park, mg road, but now office has moved to pioneer square, sector 62, gurgaon.
This is still in the warranty period, thus would request if the handset can be replaced urgently.
