Order id: [protected] want replacement of this phone request no.[protected]: I have purchased xiaomi product redmi note 3 32gb for the very first time. I have ordered it on 21st june 2016 and got the product delivered on 25th june 2016. When i switch on the mobile and after all the primary setting when the home page lands my phone got hangged and rebooted/restarted. I am shocked i am trying xiaomi product for the very first time and not expecting this kind of service. I plug charger in my mobile and while charging my phone is heating like hell. I have tried factory reset setting and update the phone to the latest miui7 but still the problem not solved. My phone is getting rebooting/restarting in every few seconds. I have chat with customer support on 26th june-2016 of mi they gave me the request no.[protected]. Since then on daily basis i chat with their support also do call to their customer service but no resolution is still provided. I have also visited the service center in kalkaji, delhi, they assured me that the device is faulty and told me to contact customer care for replacement.
