I have placed an order for Mi 20000 mAH Power bank through their infamous flash sales. After waiting for a long time from morning i somehow managed to add the product to cart and placed it. Paid the order using credit card. After the order is placed, it is processed and waiting to ship for more than two days. The worst part is, when i contacted customer care they are saying to wait me for some more days. When i asked them the sellers' contact number they replied they dont have it. Now what kind of customer support is this? I was wondering why Xiaomi is even selling products in India if they are not able to provide before sales and after sales customer support. I think their only aim is to attract market share and gain revenue out of that and not provide customer support. People who have this kind of problem, please do support this complaint and hopefully we can get something out of it, if not the best things happen.
