Dear sir/Mdm, I have Placed a order for Redmi 2 White 8G Phone one Number by online. I received a courier parcel on[protected]. I opened the parcel on[protected] and used charged the mobile for 7 Hrs as per instructions whenever we buy new phone. After charging I took the phone for usage. But all of a sudden the phone got switched off and after it didint worked at all. When i tried for their phone number it is not working for making a replacement.
