Rockland Hospital — Doesn't have any sense to talk

The staff of hospital is not good . they behave like we are in a zoo and are animals . they use to talk like that . patient is not priority at all money is first . no sense of management . there use to be very long Ques on billing counter . It took hours for patient to get to doctor . I was suffering with high fever we went to hospital there we were recommended to DR Virendra Kumar Raju . He told us for have some test we got late in test after sunday when we came for giving our report on monday . according to law to which we were not aware they just said for showing report we have to make a new slip of 600 Rs it is not a light amount . In every hospitals at least one week is free and no one ask for money or new slip on showing report and what a drama was created they were just mentally harassing the patient . I went hospital on 16 /09/2016 and we had checkup then on 18/09/2016 . we had test and result on 19/09/2016 and still one more to go . and when we said we aslo came on sunday she ; said sunday is special OPD new slip will be formed according to rule . then we asked for our one left day she doesnt reply and was continuously just forcing for making slip as it was that easy and aslo only for such duration in which next visit is not ensure . i want company admin to increase the date of free check up on slip and take hardcore steps against its worker else it will harm there organization . and held our free contact with doctor . they should remember we are not due to them ; they are due to us
