After billing for x-ray rgu i was asked to purchase test conducting materials where as i covered under echs penal and full test will covered in the billing and echs covered patient should not be asked to purchase test conducting materials and it seem one kind of corruption.

I would like to bring in your attention that i went to rockland manesar for checkup of tooth's by dental doctor.once checkup done then recived bill and found the name of other doctor instead of operated by.
I want to know that how would we keep trust in his authentication for treatment as his name is not in recived bill.May he be compounder and working in team and doing checkup in absence of authorised Doctor.

On 3rd feb 2017 my father got heart attack and was taken to ROCKLAND HOSPITAL, qutub institutional area.My father was struggling with his life but they were not attending him urgently and my father was in dire need of oxyzen but they were busy in completting the paper formalities.They did not have ventilator .They were not giving the oxyzen mask to my father and in between we scolded them to provide the mask.

I admitted my 77 years old father for knee replacement surgery to be performed by Dr Hegde. The quality of the hospital was so bad, we forced ourselves out of the hospital after one night. We paid Rs 14000+ for the one night torture. I am listing out the major concerns:
- Single room on 5th floor allocated to us did not have a ward boy ring switch if necessary. Father is quite immobile, how does the hospital think he can call someone...

The staff of hospital is not good . they behave like we are in a zoo and are animals . they use to talk like that . patient is not priority at all money is first . no sense of management . there use to be very long Ques on billing counter . It took hours for patient to get to doctor . I was suffering with high fever we went to hospital there we were recommended to DR Virendra Kumar Raju . Today it is 23 august 2016, i went to emergency ward at around 8:30am morning for checking myself as i was suffering from fever and allergy but there was no a single doctor present in the emergency ward to prescribe a patient... Hospital premises say they have 24x7 emergency services but there was nothing as such.
But the doctor came after an hour..

This Hospital & its doctor Raman Sharma are the most corrupt and just making money by fooling the patience. Last week, when I was suffering from acute Diarrhoea, in emergency to get fluids I went to Rockland Hospital Dwarka early in the morning. I went to Rockland hospital qgrab institutional area, South Delhi 110016 dated 6 jun 2016 11.10 p.m.
I have severe pain in lower side in stomach very badly. But there no one of emergency staff entertain me till 11.55pm.
they checked my blood pressure 5 times by automatic machine and said we will treat you after 5 minotes.
