I have purchased a track pant worth Rs.799.00 from Romanonx.com (Order ID: 28485)
The product was a bit tight around the waist and so I had to return it.
I received a confirmation from their end that they have received the returned product. That was a month ago i.e. 7th October, 2021.
Since then, I have been constantly writing them emails(that is the only way to contact them) to send me an exchange for the product returned. After 2-3 weeks of constantly asking them for a replacement, which they never sent, I asked them to return the money that I paid.
I sent them the necessary bank account details but to no avail. Their reply is absolute silence. I know for a fact that they are receiving all my e-mails but they simply are refusing to give me the refund. Please take necessary action against these fraudsters. Was this information helpful? |
