I ordered a product and it took around 10 days to get delivered then after trying the product on it wasn't fit and looked to thin and very different compared to what is shown online, so i returned it, and it took several days for the product to get delivered hut it eventually was delivered back toh the company. But they aren't even initiaing my refund after waiting so many days.

Company provides no support to customers and don't even have a proper customer care service.

I ordered two items on ' https://romanonx.com/ ' through 'Cash On Delivery' option 27/11/2022. The price of two items is ₹.1, 355/- . It's clearly mentioned in the web portal that it has 'Easy returns' option.
I received items on 2nd, December 2022.
On the same day i placed a 'Return order'.
I've returned all the item(s) i received . I also received mail and text msg(Mobile phone) confirming that Romanonx has received...

I ordered 3 cargo pants from their website
And they didn't fit my size so i returned them. The company claims to refund the full amount of money with 15 days time but now it has been more than 20 days and i still haven't received any refund.

I ordered a cargo pant and the quality was not good that's why i returned the parcel and the return was successful but they didn't refunded me the amount.

It's already 10 days that I had returned the parcel still I am not getting my refund amount. Order no 42443. The returned item is delivered to them still they are not processing my amount and not respond to may mails.

I have ordered a clothing product order no 39742. The product was not satisfactory so I return the same and it was successfully returned to company on 21th April 2022.

I have received confirmation mail & message from company that they received the product.

After few days I mailed to company and asked about my refund money. They reply me a mail and assures me that they will refund money within 15 days.

Now it's 40 days past, I haven't received my refund money. I mailed them again thrice, asking about the status of my money, but they didn't reply

On 28 of april i have order a olive green cargo and a black rain coat. On 2nd of may 2022 i have got the delivery of blue cargo and a cheap blue raincoat. I have mailed them too much for return as their site has a old ifsc and the site for return is not working (shows "validation failed " at last).
on 8th of may they send me a reverse pickup from the mail ( the information for return they note from screenshot that I have send).
On 9th of may they blue dart picked the parcel from my residence.
I have asked for repayment on 15 may, they told will be done in 10 to 15 days.
On 19th may the parcel received by them a mail came.
THEY DIDN'T ANSWER ME ANYMORE AFTER THAT.
On may 28th again i have asked for repayment so they replied on 31st of may that " THE PAYMENT WILL BE DONE IN 10 TO 15 DAYS " again.

Now i have neither that goods nor my money. Please help me sir. All the info i have given above and uploaded the photos. Kindly help me.

I requested refund for this product due to some issues that I mentioned in the return form, but have not received any refund till yet, also I've received an email that the product had been returned to the company but still after so many emails and request for refund from the company they don't shows any kinda response. I have ordered a clothing product vide order no 35402. The product was not satisfactory so I return the same and it was successfully returned to company on 4th February 2022.

I have received confirmation mail & message from company that they received the product.

I have ordered an item in December 2021 and paid cash on delivery. The team was not good and thus I returned the item. It has been more than a month. But I have neither received my refund nor the refund got initiated. Please help me get my money back.

I have ordered a romanonx neck warm cooler (pack of 4) at 1295rs. Got delivered on 13 November. 《Order I'd - 30801》
The product I received felt uncomfortable. so I thought of refunding back my money and i hav returned request the moment it delivered. But since 15-16 days passed they are showing no response for it. (This makes trust issues). So I request them to look after it and send back my money to the bank account number I gave.

I have purchased a track pant worth Rs.799.00 from Romanonx.com (Order ID: 28485)
The product was a bit tight around the waist and so I had to return it.
I received a confirmation from their end that they have received the returned product. That was a month ago i.e. 7th October, 2021.
Since then, I have been constantly writing them emails(that is the only way to contact them) to send me an exchange for the product returned....
