I ordered two items on ' https://romanonx.com/ ' through 'Cash On Delivery' option 27/11/2022. The price of two items is ₹.1, 355/- . It's clearly mentioned in the web portal that it has 'Easy returns' option.
I received items on 2nd, December 2022.
On the same day i placed a 'Return order'.
I've returned all the item(s) i received . I also received mail and text msg(Mobile phone) confirming that Romanonx has received the returned item on 08/12/2022. This is a 'Cash On Delivery' order.
It has been more than 15 days since i received mail and message that returned product has been received by Romanonx.
Now there's no word about refund either through mail or msg.

All the Shipping of items including Return shipping is done by 'Ship Rocket ' as i kept receiving messages from 'Ship Rocket' only.
When I raised the issue on the same web portal under 'Customer support ' link, i received a reply on the next day from mail id: [protected]@gmail.com on the name RICKY H S. The mail simply stated " in 10-15 days entire purchase amount will be refunded to the bank account " from the date of item received by ROMANONX. But till now there's no sign of Refund.
10 days back i took this issue through the same process. Then also I received the same mail. But of no use.
When I checked reviews about this company and Web portal, i saw many such(same) complaints on this company.
Now I'm complaining here. Please take necessary action. It will be good if rating is given to the companies like this which give least importance to customers based on the customers experience with the company. So that other future costomers will be cautious.
