Romba Gifts — Romba Gifts Never Paid To Their Vendor

We totally agree with Mr. Kaushal Shah's post. It seems Romba Gifts is the worst of the lot. Apart from not paying the vendors for the services availed, they charge the customer exorbitantly while they compromise on the quality of the product to the core. The customer places order for one product but end up getting a much lower quality product. For example, say a customer has placed order for a blackforest cake and if the vendor refuses to deliver that order stating that the given product price is less, Romba Gifts responds to the vendor to deliver an ordinary chocolate cake that matches the provided product price. They do not care about the fact that they are in the service industry and customer satisfaction is the firm base of that. They just need the money that they collect from gullible customers who trust these cheaters called Romba Gifts. Wonder, how they still exist in the business in spite of such a pathetic record.
