Feb 15, 2019 Updated by Nikita Manu Its been 24 hours since I have placed the order which was promised to be delivered in 3 hours after the order. The customer care or the executives did not even bother to inform us if we will get the product or not. they didn't even bother to attend to calls even after literally begging them to pick up the call through WhatsApp!! I have the chats with me and can be shared if required. I am no more interested in getting the product delivered or any other excuses from Rose and Cakes. So kindly requesting to refund the money. Note to all the other customers.. Please order from Rose and cakes if you want to spoil your plans and have a lot of money to waste.

VERYVERY urgent Please take legal action against this company they seem to be fraud their customer care number is not answered by any1 no one responds to chats nor email also alternate number belong to someone else please send them a legal notice or else we will have file FIR against this company and this website if necessary action are not taken.
