I need my money back. I have ordered the golden anniversary balloon bouquet and submitted the payment or Rs. 850. Nothing was delivered. They do not pick up the phone and customer service is pathetic. They are not returning the money.

We placed cake order which was denied they gave credit voucher and when we tried to place order the voucher won't work.
And when we called their number the lady is so rude and said that they ate money and hence won't be given back and now not answering calls

After placing order the credit voucher code isn't working and they now deny to refund the amount and the lady who attends the call says we ate the money and hence won't be returned

I ordered rakhi and chocolate. They conformed it will reach by next day. There is no option to track the order neither can i cancel it. After following up via call on the number which is mentioned in the site, the girl misbehaved, and still was telling that my order will be delivered on time. But it did not. On calling her the next day, she misbehaved like anything and not ready to listen our concern and not ready to refund our amount.

Worst services . After confirming the pin code they rejected to deliver when we ask for the money back they are not paying back
. Don’t answer calls nor emails . It’s been 4 days trying to reach and they are not responding

I have placed an order for a time slot and a date but no delivery has been made yet...and no one is replying to the calls...

I had already paid for the product through there website and then received mail stating that extra delivery charges are required. I don't think it is ethical to do so after paying the amount for the services. after denying to pay the extra charges they are imposing cancellation charges on the product.

I have ordered a cake for delivering in Dresden Germany and paid all the charges. The came back saying that the address provided was incomplete while I have given absolutely correct address. Later I came to know that similar issues happened with other customers as well/

Its very disappointing that i need to write this email as such scary experience i got recently with your cake shop named "rose n cake" as i have placed order as below to be delivered on 15/05/2020

1st on 11/05/2020 with order no. 14639

2nd on 13/05/2020 with order no. 14666

As well the above both the orders was placed getting prior confirmation from your customer care representative ms sameera on live chat that it will be delivered to the said area that is vile parle east - pin code 400099 on 15/05/2020 on the basis of your commitment we have placed order online making 100% advance payment. I have confirmed the 2- 3 times for selected pin location from ms sameer post that placed these 2 orders.
Unfortunately post payment we received an email from your customer care stating that the said order will not be delivered on 15/05/2020 and will be delivered after 17/05/2020.

I have placed order prior to get the delivery on 15/05/2020 why i should accept it on 17/05/2020 for the same i have paid you in advance.

If this was the reason why your customer care representative committed to attempt the delivery before placing order. As well now i am following up with your customer care number online live chat but not receiving any response through email also on call the lady who is attending the call no[protected] she does not know even how to talk to customer and her language is so rude and now she has stopped receiving my calls, not responding to mails, no sms reply, nothing. Is this the way the service is been provided by you and your customer care.

With all above dramatic scenario kindly arrange to refund the amount by today only as before we file complaints on you and on behavior which your staff has shown.

Please process the refund at the earliest.

I accidentally placed an order which wasn't international. So due to that, they had to cancel my order. But they aren't willing to give me a refund to my bank card. Instead of that, they are giving me a credit voucher but I told them that I want a refund. Then they have started ignoring my emails....

I have made an order for flowers and chocolates. Talk to the customer person and via chat and they promised me about the delivery. Just one day before they informed no flowers available. They charged additional amount for delivery. Once all payment was done no response. They are not replying via email, chat and not picking the calls. The order was for today and no response yet.

The order id is 14753. The order was made on 6th may 2020 and the delivery to be done today 10th may 2020.

I want the order to be placed or refund the money

I cancelled my order when I got a mail that they cant deliver to the given pincode and responded that money will be refunded back within 4-5 working days .
After 7 working days when I called to the customer care, the executive is responding very rudely over phone and shouted and disconnected call without listening properly

We booked cake on 8 april, 2020 to deliver on 17th april, 2020, before booking we ensure delivery date and address on phone. We also confirm it once again on 16th april at 11.00 am.in the evening we got mail that order has been cancelled. You people could not even take the efforts to call customer and told. From that day you people didn't pick up our call also. Inr 1, 899/- is not a small amount which you supposed to refund within 8 days as per the last mail received from you.
Really unhappy with the complete unprofessional behaviour from your entire team.

I have ordered birthday cake, bamboo plant and chocolates for delivery on 09.04.2020 to doha and the company accepted payment for the same.
But a different cake was delivered on 13th april that too after taking hundred follow ups and the bamboo plant didn't get delivered at all. I have paid more than 6000 for this purchase but the company don't even respond to phone calls and emails.

I was looking for a delivery service in kerala during feb 1st week and i found rose n cakes to deliver cake for my parents bdays while i am not available india. Through their website i placed my order even before that i did chat with them and they promised the delivery by taking my pin code also. They charged 500 inr extra per order just for delivery also, total 1000 inr + cake charges. They didn't do both delivery and they didn't return my cash also.

I had ordered flowers worth rs999 on 14feb. At the time of placing the order i was promised the delivery between 12pm to 3pm.

The flowers were not delivered.

I was trying to call customer service since the moment i placed the order but nobody responded. Screenshots attached herewith for your reference.

Now when i sent them an email asking for a refund they called me saying delivery was attempted but they do not have any proof of even the failed calls with the recipient.

The ordered cake was chocolate 1/2 kg ice cake but the delivery is very low grade pink cake with 250 gm on 23rd nov 2019 by 5.15 pm. I had paid 850/- rupees for the chocolate cake with 250 rupees delivery charges. Even there was no message on the cake too. After complain to rose n cake the delivery person taken back the cake by 6 pm. The delivery person refused to redelivery the ordered cake on same day. I had given all the updates to the rose n cakes by mail. But till now they have not given my refund and not picking my phone. Its a very unprofessional and fraud company. I herewith attached the ordered cake and delivered cake images.

This site is completely fraud. They ask for payment first by showing some images of cakes and after payment has been done they asked for delivery charges and in that situation if you cancel order you will only get coupon of site. I paid delivery charges cz product chosen from my side was black and white specially. I called several times but that # lady never pick call and never give you call back. They deny to deliver product on my delivery time but i was still okay for that cz i really like the product and after that when they deliver product they delivered it totally wrong and instead of black and white they delivered pathetic chocolate cake and when i am calling they are not picking it up. For chocolate cake they took 1800 from me and when i email them they are replying me that cake is look alike. Such a pathetic and ridiculous answer. Please guys never order from this site. Few # are making us fool and let this # not happen with anyone.

Rose n cakes company is fraud. Please do not purchase anything from here. The lady who is handling this service is absolutely crazy.
This is her number [protected]/[protected]. Moreover, i had asked for 6 30 to 9 am slot for my flowers to be delivered. When i called her she was so rude and ignored my calls several times. When finally i got her online, she was yelling at me and threatening me. Finally she gave the number to her delivery person. His company name is reddy flowers from koramangala bangalore. This guy is just like his boss woman... Hopeless but at least he apologised for the delay. I finally got the delivery by 5pm. The most surprising part was that it was not the product what i had ordered. It was completely different. When i called her back asking for refund or replacement. She started abusing me first in english and then in hindi. She thought i didn’t know hindi being from south india. When i told her i will complaint against her. She was like.. Do whatever you want. I won’t give your money back as the bouquet is delivered. I sent her the images showing the difference then she was saying the flowers are the same when clearly it wasn’t. This woman and her company is fraud. She claims her boss’ name is rahul but i think that’s a lie. Moreover, she hides and deletes all the comments/reviews on facebook. I’m surprised how people can openly cheat. Rs1200 down the drain. Thanks to this fraud company rose n cakes. It is sad you can disappoint people on their special day. Shame on you and your company.

I placed the order for cake and flowers through rose n cake and what they delivered is just cake. I paid extra rs for delivery and what they delivered is a wrong product. There was just cake and no flowers. My money went for a toss. They aren't attending to my calls and mails and blocked my no. Look into this asap. I need a refund of the money.

Also the quality of the cake delivered is not good. I looked like a fool and the whole surprise thing went hay why. My trust was broken and i asked this site owners before placing the order if the site and delivery is authentic and they said and afterwards this whole show happened.

Because of previous experience, while placing the order, had a chat with customer support"Sofia".
She confirmed that the order will reach between 9-12 in the morning.
(Last time I got a different cake which I had ordered and in the evening instead of morning ORDER ID: #10089).

This time the order didnt reach at all.

So if you order from Rose N Cake . and if you are lucky, the best you can expect is a different cake at a different time, so even if you are lucky its guaranteed to spoil your experience.

i ordered my 1 kg chocolate cake in advance on 28th aug 2018, to be delivered on 3rd sept 2018. NO delivery was received or even arrived at the given address and the company claimed that order was delivered and denied for any further information or help. The people were very rude and mean and unprofessional. after hours of requests and calls filing complaints on the mails they agreed to redeliver the cake the next day after my brothers birthday was over. i still agreed with this. ON 4th sept the next evening the order that was delivered was completely wrong and low quality. the order received was a 1/2 kg black forest cake in a cheap quality, where as my order was a 1kg chocolate cake and i paid for a 1kg cake, when asked they denied for any further assistance on it and clearly denied for any refund.
the money was my 1 months pocket money savings and even after ordering in advance i lost all my money and this cheap quality thing was delivered that too 24hrs late.

i demand a 100% refund for this extremely unsatisfactory service, and all the emotional and mental trouble i went through. and for the rude and unhelpful treatment recieved .

Ordered cake, roses, chocolates and teddy online, specifically paid extra charges for mid night delivery. The cake got delivered at 6:00 pm which was 6 hours before time. The mood and excitement got spoiled. The teddy was different color, the flowers were different color, chocolates were less quantity.

They did not deliver the cake and roses they were supposed to, lied about it. They say they have delivered, however, at my university, i checked all the gates, and all the guards refuse to have received it at all. They say they had delivered it at the front gate of the university, to some guy named dev. However, the guy dev does not exist, according to the head of the guards at our uni and even if he had, they would've made the delivery guy write an entry. Therefore they are lying about it. There is no proof that these people delivered the cake, even the cctv footage shows that nobody came to deliver a cake. They claim that the guards told them that i wasn't available. First, this is not possible and second, even if it was, why didn't they call me? They had my number as well as my mother's number (Who had ordered the cake and flowers as a surprise for my birthday). Then the woman on the phone has the god damn nerve to argue and refuse refund because they delivered the cake. There is no evidence of this. They are fraud and kon people. She then blocked the numbers as well, after she couldn't come up with more lies. We need a refund. The company is a fraud organization, looking for easy money. They don't deliver and then don't refund. I need my money back. Do not order from rose n cakes as they would just eat up your money and run off with it. We want a refund.

dear sir before i could place a order i did a online chat on their website with madam sofi
according to her instruction hammering tom jerry cake was available to deliver on 1st march at 4:30 pm .After conforming with her i did online payment also .Soon after the payment is done after 5 minutes she is messaging me by saying that ordered cake is not available for delivery .Finally she gave me a option of less cost cakes only were i paid more money for selected one.
I was disappointed with her service & i felt no use talking with her more for that reason
i called on their [protected] number & madam neha received the phone .My god that movement while talking she broke my heart the way she spoke i was literally in tears she made me to cry on that day it was my worst experience .After that i asked them to cancel my order with in 1 hour i sent a mail also to them .Very next day on 1st march they sent me a mail by saing that with in 2 days they refund my money but till today i have not received any money from them they are not even answering my mail neither my call .Dear sir i request from you kindly take a action on them because their are lot many other people who suffered because of their service and they are not giving money back

I ordered a combo in Februray and my amt was deducted twice.

Your customer representative Ms. sofia helped me to order it and she provide a direct payment link through which i ordered.
When first i made the payment is shows failure n she asked me to do the payment again.
I got transaction deduction twice so confirmed her whether its deducted twice.So she informed that its once only. They received the payment once.

i tried your helpline no.also but due to some issue with your no. couldn't connect.
Same issue i informed my bank so at that time they refunded my money.
But today they deducted again as saying u guys shown them proof that i ordered twice.(which means u received the payment twice at very same day, but didn't informed me and refund me.)

Now u guys check that how many times u deliver the same product to me.

Even i have proof from payumoney that money deduct twice on same.
