Rosmerta Safety Systems Pvt. Ltd — Non delivery of HSRP

I have booked HSRP and color coded sticker from bookmyhsrp.com with booking ID -BMDL76FB99DC-3DE3-4B. Booking was for home installation on 28/11/2020. I am raising complaint almost daily on their website mentioned customer care number and i have been assured daily that my plate will be installed today just give 24 hours and so on. Its been more than 20 days since my appointment. No one gives correct status where is the HSRP where it is getting delayed no communication. I have dropped email on the grievance email address mentioned on their site also but they do not respond to emails as well.

I have booked HSRP on 17-Feb-21 for home delivery, gave me appointment on 25-Feb-21, but anybody did not come. I am calling to customer care on daily basis but there is no any response gently. Also have dropped a mail to grievance email address then re-appointment on 4-Mar-21. But nobody came on 4-mar-21. Order No. BMDLFEB[protected]. Very poor service of
