I had ordered purple shara suit some time back which was delivered on 9/9/2019 (Ref invoice no 02093470bxt1hx019 dated 4.9.2019) by royal anarkali, 119bajrang nagar near tina gas godam, surat, gujrat ph no [protected]. After opening the packet i located two cuts/holes in the bottom of the suit. I immediately contacted royal anarkali, surat over telephone (Only way to communicate) they asked me to send photographs of the suit which was attended immediately by me and was sent to their whatsapp no. After +24hours the vanderer started giving vague explanation on whatsapp like we check it, cctv etc.
Sir i request you to look in to our complaint and replace the suit as early as possible.
