[Resolved] Royal Enfield — 2 months + waiting from the dealer | |||||
Hello, I have booked a vehicle for Royal En-field classic 350 on 1st April 2017. I was the vehicle delivery world be with in 45 days maximum. Its been more than 2 months now and still i do not have any update from the dealer/agent. They are not even picking up the call both agent mobile/dealer office land line. The agents/dealers are preferring to deliver the vehicles to their friends/known people before their delivery date and completely forgot about my booking. This i know, because when i went directly to the showroom and mentioned the booking date they are amazed themselves and apologized that they forgot about my booking as the agent with whom i approached with my booking is not coming to office due to some personal reasons. Please take an action this immediately as i am fed up, waiting for them to contact me for delivery. This showroom needs to be closed in my opinion as they have no integrity towards work and also they lack common sense and very bad costumer service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
