Royal Enfield — after the service the engine did not put oil

My name is neeraj singh. I bought royal enfield (Electra) in november 2016. Yesterday yesterday it was introduced in the amar auto service. But when i arrived at the house there was a strange sound in the engine and when i checked, i came to know that the engine is not oil and now my bike is damage.

Hi,
last month i have buy royal enfield thunderbird from garg autos, after first service my bike giving trouble after driving 5-7 km it automatically stopped .I have shown it to the workshop but still facing the same problem.
