Royal Enfield — after waiting 9 months, cheated saying vehicle is ready and took down payment and delayed delivery

Issue with the royal enfield taurus motors vanasthalipuram, hyderabad staff and the management.
I booked royal enfield interceptor 650 mark three on dated 17-jan-2019.
Since april i happen to contact them quit often about the status of my vehicle, but the response was that mark three (Colour) is unavailable.

On 28-sep-2019 again when i asked them, november 8th is a special day for me and if its possible to get my preferred colour bike on that day but they told mark three colour has indefinite waiting period and i have to chose from some other colour which is with them.
If this is the case why did they asked me to book the vehicle in advance for my option of colour?
They even given the quotation for interceptor 650 baker express and asking me to take that which is not my preference.

On 08-oct-2019 when i visited royal enfield vvc automobiles, they have interceptor 650 mark three available so, i booked that bike again with them.

On 09-oct-2019 when i went back taurus motors to cancel my previous booking for they do not have my preferred colour, suddenly out of no where mark three is available and it is ready if i want it...
How is that possible?? If so, why have they not informed me?

Now they say it is available and begged not to cancel booking and they will provide it on 08-nov-2019.

I told them that i am banking with hdfc so i am going for loan with them, they asked me to go with some other bank which they have some dealings but i took my one banking.

On 2-nov-2019 loan was approved from hdfc bank,
When i contacted taurus motors manager on 3-nov-2019, he told that their warehouse was closed for festival season so, they are waiting for engine no and the chassis no. For documentation to be done and by next noon it will be ready which is 04-nov-2019.
That went to next noon which is 05-nov-2019 and next noon 06-nov-2019
I asked him if he is lying that vehicle is available, cause it will be delayed delivering the bike on 8-nov-2019 and you will blame the bank last hour but he told it is in the warehouse and workers are sorting out all the stock. And the manager promised he will make sure that it will be done.
I even told him that i am getting calls from vvc automobiles saying that vehicle is ready and when am i coming to purchase.
This manager repeatedly lied saying its available and made me to pay the down-payment so that he can issue invoice and other required documents.

On 7-nov-2019 i paid the down-payment, and they told it will take 1 hour to prepare documentation, when i came back after 2 hours, this manager tells me that he was waiting for me and given insurance of the vehicle and asked me to wait for some time so that he will give me other documents, its too late at night so i told i will collect them next morning.

Next morning at 11 am on 8-nov-2019 when i went to collect the documents they are not yet ready they started doing that while i was there.
Negligence.
When i produced them to the bank, i noticed that my name on each document is different. And it got delayed. Finally i could not get my bike on
8-nov-2019,
This manager is not in the store that day, if i ask any one else, they seems to be on leave previous days so they do not know what their manager told me.
And one smart girl came up saying that had i not gone with hdfc bank everything would gone well..
"as i expected, blaming on bank"
I happen to know that they received the vehicle on 8-nov-2019 early morning.
All this while the whole thing is drama..
Either, royal enfield is encouraging such manipulation or the md of taurus motors vanasthalipuram hyderabad is cheating customers.

Today 10-nov-2019 i have not yet received my bike but i paid 50, 000/- down-payment and paid insurance on 7-nov-2019 which is in the showroom.

Taurus motors, vanastalipuram, hyderabad, cheated me very well.
