Hi im vishal shah and i had recently complained about royal enfield delivery after payment. Actually i wanted my royal enfield classic 350 on my bday bt the. Showroom could not arrange it so i got frustuated for waiting so long n though other dealers were ready fr delivery. Also there was a misunderstanding between me n sarvesh motors, bhiwandi about the advance payment. They did not ask for any payment i mentioned ut out og frustiation. I purchased on 25/january/2017 and the reading is 7000 kilometers.
The dealers are not accepting my complaint as they are saying it feels good sir and even the company cannot do anything for that.
This is embarressing me alot. Please kindly solve my problem.
