This amit i have taken the classic 350 of before 9 month ago from few days from my bike meter not working and gear box also hard and suddenly bike off. I think royal en field was one of the quality product but with in few day i was getting rep ire i think my open was wrong i think now a days royal en-field no maintain good quality and not proper service and high charge...

My vehicle was purchased on 23/038/2018, 2900, form the first service itself we have give the complaint regarding front disk brake and engine tapper noice,
04/05/2018 i have raised a complaint and gave the vehicle for service, they told again the sound from the engine ownt repeat, after two days same sound came with huge. Directly take the vehicle to service center showed the noice. They advice me to bring the bike the next day 17/05/2018...

Little did i know that when i would buy a royal enfield standard 500 from sai ram autocrafts, i would be literally taken for a ride.
I got delivery of the bike from sairam auto in november 2015. Right from the first day the ride quality of the bike was questionable. When i talked to the service advisor, he just ignored my pleas stating that the bike needs some mileage and then it will be smooth.

My speedometer clamps are broken. There was no bike fall nor any harsh impact. Now it's completely balanced on cables. Can anyone escalate this.

Sir i came here on a complaint of Tank issue ..
People are not responding here properly...management and working service centre are not doing properly..
They very neglect on complaints of people...and they are behaving irresponsible ..
They are not doing well ..since its the 3 rd day management and service centre manager...

I had booked royal enfield 350 x on[protected] from south delhi motarcycles, address: kailash colony new delhi 110048.
At the time of booking they confirmed me delivery date on[protected].
Its more than 15 days from the confirmed delivery date and i have not recieved my bike.
Whenever i call them for delivery date, they post pone the date, and if i question them them harass me saying u can take your booking amount back....

I am purchase a bike bullet 350 black bs iv on dated 20th april, 2018 this condition is so poor and in purchasing time the all condition to hide by the mechanic and then will be the servicing of bike the all hide problem opened. Hi, my name is sheik t ansari. I have brought re classic 350 in the year of 2017 and till now i have completed around 20000 km.in between this i have changed 2 times of the rear sprocket. Very very bad quality of re products. Sometimes there is a huge chain slipping sound in the engine bcoz of the broken tooth will spoil the engine soon.

I was never advised by the showroom ppl while doing my free services or buying the bike....

I had serviced my standard 350 on 13/04/2018 at shahila exposition sixmile.
But without my permission they fraudly changed my original battery with an another one. Today 10/05/2018 morning when i was trying to start my bike it didn't get started. As a royal enfield customer i was shocked and totally depressed. Kindly look into the matter.

On 2nd may i have given my vehicle for general service and told the agent about issue too, after an couple hours when i went to collect the bike they give the bill on 1021/-, where i have never request for chain cleaning but they just added in the bill, but the work was not done. Later they have revised the bill for 950/- which i have paid.
After riding for 50kms after service again i am facing the...

Bullmenn motors service centre coimbatore. Consumes more charge for the services. For example for my last service spares cost about 2, 470 rs.. And the labour charge is 2, 849 rs... What is this.. I'm a student i can't afford such a high price as labour charge.. And other service centre doesn't give additional bill for labour charges...in bullmenn. They give 2 bill one is for spares and another for labour.. What the hell is this.. Need urgent...

I have booked classic 350 at one place automobile pvt ltd, varanasi on dated 21.02.18 but on till date they have not delivered the bike and they are making ascuse when i try to cancel booking. They are saying that one month will be taken to refund amount. Kindly solve the problem otherwise i will go to rti for data collection and other legal proceedings....

I have classic 350 jan 2016 purchased and from six months i am facing severe back and shoulder pain problem.
My bike is run 27k km and is in very good condition.
According to my re service person, shock absorber and seat spring is stiff and so i am facing this pain issue.
Till now i have spent 12000 on my bike due to same issue.
Noe again 1000+2000 i have to spend for shock absorbers.
My bike part is faulty...
