**Extremely Poor Service – Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG not repaired even after 3–5 days**

I bought a Bajaj chetak EV from bagga link Karol bagh on 9 Oct I have fulfilled and provided all the documents(adhar card, PAN card, cancelled cheque), did the signature where needed at that time with the DP of 45500/-and rest amount financed by Mr.Akash
And then they guys were calling me for the OTP I once informed that I am in hospital and then again and again they were calling me and on my other given numbers
Today(Sunday) Neeraj(Manager of Karol bagh) was using foul language with me like you are fraud(tum fraud ho), people like you do the same(tum jese log esa krte h), will see you(dekh lenge)come to the showroom and talk.complete senseless, rudeness how can a man talk to a lady like this I don't know.
All I want is apology from him(Neeraj) the way he talked to me he should not talked like this

    I have purchased pulsar 125 in DEC 2022; after 3 service of Bike.
    From the last 1 month two times Clutch plates changed and now again there is one noise from the engine and electric speed meeter also not working properly.

    New bike having this issue which is not good; even on every time i paid charges for that. which must be covered by company. Kindly advise what is the procedure to return bike.

      We regret to inform you that we have recently purchased a new bike named Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS model 2022. We got the first service and also we paid approx. Rs. 1800/- for oiling and other services in terms of paid services. This is the first time we observed that the above company is charging for free services. Unbelievable. Anyway, now we are facing one of the major issues regarding the bike got break down recently we used on-road services a couple of times but they fixed it temporally, and ultimately after being fed up we handover the bike to Bagga Link, Jhendewalan service center and we understood from Bagga representative that bike battery is not working and it may be got out of order, and also understood from above representative they want the bike to tix some parts, sensor, etc. and last 5 days gone they are still not handover the bike. The quality of Bajaj Pulsar is the poor and low quality of the above bike. In fact, you won't get the best service from their service center. So before buying a Bajaj Bike check all the quality & services or you may go for another option.

      We recommend that BAJAJ PULSAR BIKE 150 DTS model 2022 absolutely poor and low-quality bike

        I have had bad experiences with this centre( Bagha Link Rithala Service Center for Bajaj) from a very long time and thought of escalating the matter at this stage finally. This is in regards to my Bike ( Dominar 400 ABS 2017 ). This centre seems not to have any parts available and lack in expertise with the mechanics they have.
        Incident :
        I gave my bike on 27th Aug 2022 at arround 11.-12 in the morning. Things which were to get done was servicing, front shockers, rear and front break pads, some headlight issue, oil change, they told me over break callipers, also some lovk word. They asked me to leave my bike aas they will not be able to give it back same day. Infact stated that bike will be ready by monday on my request they agreed on giving it back by sunday. Since morning my bike was unattended and later finally when my bike was loaded they said that one of the parts is not available( shocker seal) i adked them that they should have informed me in the begining only. Instead they said that bike will not be returned nack the same day as they ordered that part earliee and it takes 2 days for the delivery against when i asked them that they should have ordered it even earlier. This is just nonsense that they dont check their inventory before hand. Now they have stated that i can bring it back tomorrow asbthey will get ther other stuffs taken care.

        Bajaj pathetic service and i dont think so that in future i will ever get anything done from company.

          NAJAFGARH service centre made a large scratch in my bike during the service and the made wrong billing this time
          Last time they charged me for teflon coating however this should be free due to AMC. employee behaviour is very rude and the manager is also not try to listening and supporting anything, they don't provide me any complain register for the same.

            Respected There,

            I am quite shock for the services that is giving by you includes unnecessary delay and negligence in the Work of Worker's Staff who are working in the Bagga Link - Karol Bagh.

            My Accident took place on 27th May and I submit my Vehicle on the very Next Day i.e. 28th May, However, Unfortunately None of the Workers/Staff take my work seriously and not even 1% work had been done on my Vehicle.

            Also, When i trying to communicate with the Workers/Staff to follow up with my work, no workers/staff has given proper/satisfactory answer to me.

            The delay in work of my Bike is bearing me on day by day because it is the only convenience on which i depend into.

            I request You to kindly take this on high priority and start the work at the earliest.

              I went to take my bike's HSRP no. plate at Bagga Links Karol Bagh and they said that I need to bring my bike at the showroom and I was requested them that my bike is not in the situation to drive I wants to scarp it and thus I need this HSRP plate.
              Their delivery coordinator was ready to give me plate but sudden a boy came and whisper something after this incident that coordinator refused to give me plate.
              I was talking to coordinator but suddenly showroom manager Mr. Neeraj came and shouting I was again request to him and also said if there is any charges for fitment that I can also pay but showroom manager didn't ready to listen a word and continues shouting, as I go out from showroom gate he was abuse me on my back very badly.
              This is very bad experience and I bought my 2 Bikes from there but I decided never go there again in future.
              I don't know how they can do this bad behavior with customer?
              I wants to make a complaint and also request you please take necessary step.

                  I am rajpal singh owner of OM TRANSPORT add : G 11, vardhman master plaza DDA LSC MRKT Gazipur Delhi 110096.
                  I have minimum 20 to 25 commercial eeco flexi green in my transport service which is used in EMERGENCY MEDICINE service. Few months ago I bought 3 new eeco flexi green from gurugram haryana now I got a same problem in all my 3 eeco the problem is the car used to stop automatically while moving. First I took my first eeco HR55AK8799 in bagga link arena patparganj industrial area Delhi 110092 on 14 Feb 2022. There I meet Mr Ganshyam and he opened my job card at approx 11:30 AM. I told him my all those problems of my car. I also told him to get my car repaired as soon as possible because my car is engaged in emergency services. At approx 6:30 Mr Ghanshyam called me and said that your car has been fixed, you take your car, then I asked what was missing in it and what work was done in the car.He told that its throttle body and injectors have been cleaned and all the electrical checks have been done on the vehicle. After that I brought my car and after that my car ran fine. After this on 20 Feb022 at 6 pm, I took my second vehicle HR55AJ5644 which had the same problem again in the evening Bagga Link Arena Patparganj Industrial Area Delhi 92 because I had already made an appointment by calling. There I met Rajkumar ji, he said on seeing the car that this car cannot be repaired, there is a problem with its engine.And it will cost 50000 rupees. I told them that just last week one of my vehicles may have had the same problem, which was fixed and there was no engine work in it. But Rajkumar did not agree and wrote him the estimate on the job card and said to take his car tomorrow. When I gave the car to Rajkumar ji, he himself started the car and checked it, but the very next day he says that its battery is bad, it is not working, I told him that the car was not even a year old and the car did your checkThere was no problem then what happened now? After this, in the evening I got the call from Rajkumar and he said that we have done everything but your car was not fixed, in the end I had to bring my car back from the workshop badly and in which the battery was also damaged. Even after the car was damaged, I had to pay a bill of Approx 3000. Bagga link people have troubled me a lot, please you take a strict action against it

                    Service Engineer at Bagga link service is habitual to represent clutch plates problem every time you visit for service
                    It appears that they are paid commission for doing so. Or it is policy of company to promote such type of activities.
                    Or they are having such tie up that without changing the clutch plates they charge and benefits reaped by them

                      Hello,

                      This is in regard to the service of my WagonR (DL14CC 6180) dated 11 Aug 2021.

                      I was having a few issues like slow pickup, jerks while driving, engine got stopped on slow speed; it was advised that I should get my clutch replaced by the engineer at Bagga Link.

                      I agreed to it and spent Rs 17, 012 on my car service.

                      Due to covid I am still having work from home and I did not take car out however today I took my car out and it is only 20 Km after service and I was having same issues in my car. I felt suspicious and took my car to local service center he confirmed that there is no new clutch in the car only clutch adjustment has been done.

                      I got shocked that I have spent huge amount on my car and I have been cheated at Bagga Link. I could have done same work in 1/3 price from outside however I had trust in Bagga Link that they charge high but they deliver best.

                      I was wrong and disappointed at the same time what has happened to me, It was my hard earned money and in the name of trust and Maruti authorized service center what services costumers are getting. This is highly frustrating and I want authorities to take proper action against responsible persons.

                      Please let me know what can be done in my case, I have attached bills for your reference and I would request you to kindly inspect my car and do the needful.

                        Today[protected], I have visited the service center located at near rithala metro station. After doing some documentation of regarding service, they gave me the slip of rough estimation of service charges and the mobile no. for any query and problem, when I try to contact them then the no. they had provided me was switched off. I have so many times and also call on the no. which is provided on google. but they didn't responded. please tell me that, if they will charged me for the some items which I want to removed from my service. should I pay them or not? or should I complaint about it on some other platform?

                        I have also whatsapp them.

                          We have given our bike for Servicing today DL 3S BL 1539 and after servicing when it was left after some distance there was big smoke (look like some fire)in the bike noticed from inside. It was a dangerous incident which attracted the attention of crowd also and this must be seen seriously at your end. We wil write a written complain to your admin tomorrow.

                              I purchased a bike Bajaj 110cc Platina H gear on 15.03.2021 and paid 2000/- as booking. Subsequently, on 16.03.2021 I paid full payment stating that I want that 2000/- return because I paid full amount in a single transaction through my credit card. The executive of bagga link (Jhandewalan), Mr. Neeraj has stated that this amount will be deposited in your account today's evening or tomorrow. I gave my account details to him on the same day. since then, I continuously called to Mr. Neeraj for my amount i .e. 2000/- and everytime he said that pl give me just 2 minute. this is about to lapse one month but i have not received my amount. Even many time he misbehaved with me and cut my call. now a days he is not receiving my calls. this kind of act defaming bagga link's reputation. I have very much respect to Bagga link but this kind of employee defaming such reputation. they dont care company's reputation. It is also pertinent to metnion here that i also want to purchase anohter bike Platina 110cc ABS new model but due to this kind of act, i changed my mind. this is my humble request to return my excess amount i .e. 2000/- as soon as possible.

                                Tear Team,

                                I had to travel 200 kms in two days for my number plate get changed, but the store Bagga link services Ltd Karol Bagh did not help me out and made me suffer heavily.

                                The number plate changer person Ramesh jn Bagga link services Ltd is very rude and did not pass the correct information to me and told me to visit on 21st march Sunday, but when I reached to store I was told that Ramesh is always on leave on every Sunday!!

                                Ramesh is very rude over the phone call and even in front of face.

                                Apart from that the store manager and other staff also did not entertain my concern and I that time I felt so embarrassed and helpless.

                                Please take action on this and inform me.

                                  Dear sir/madam

                                  I am a regular customer of bagga link, and use to service my bike at proper interval of time at bagga link mahipalpur branch.

                                  Never they have pointed any issue in my bike and suddenly this time when i found a issue in my bike i found my bike got seized.

                                  Why the issue has come...?

                                  What is the difference between a roadside workshop and a trusted brand workshop.

                                  This problem obviously has not generated in a day

                                  Now all engine parts are getting change.

                                  I dont understand what do they do or check when given a bike for service.

                                  If any how any mistake is being done from my end then why never pointed out and how a sudden engine seized problem has come.

                                    I have a bajaj bike avenger 160cc after having its service done, i have complaint against my number plate which is loose so service center is saying you have to go to showroom and after going to showroom the manager over there started to quarrel about that simple thing instead of providing the solution of that simply saying no we cant do that.
