This is really irresponsibility works from showroom manager i was booked royal enfield classic 350cc bike on 29/04/2016

The showroom manager mr. Ramprasad. Ph: [protected]... He committed for me with in a month (30 days) we will give delevery but 2 months happend i didn't get vehicle delevery achuly i booked bike for my marriage vacation but he completely play with my sentiment i was regularly i only followed up him every time he giving wrong commitment.Intentionally... Because of the extra money he was going to fixed extra money from throug his seneriar incharge mr umashankar... He was very rude and rash directly he approach extra money from me for harry delevery... I hope i will get a solution for this problem from u people this is my humble request i want vehicle as soon...

    I went to service center 3 times for same complaint. Every time they said, problem resolved. You won't feel the pain here after. All the three times three different supervisor"S approached me. From my point of view issue is with fork. But they changed the handle bar twice. Still I am feeling the pain in the right shoulder. My father had old model royal Enfield and i am not newly riding the bullet.
    I want to change the front fork assembly completely. To rectify this issue.

      कृपया मेरा शिकायत आपसे है की मै बुलेट इलेक्ट्रा मोटरसाइकल आपके डीलर राजनांदगांव छत्तीसगढ़ शुभ-ऑटो से लिया हूं परन्तु मेरा गाड़ी मात्र 2700 किलोमीटर पर इंजन से आवाज़ आने पर आपके डीलर से शिकायत किया तब उन्होने कहा की इसका वाल गाइड का काम है अतः लेथ का काम करना पड़ेगा परंतु मेरे द्वारा यह कहनेपर की गाड़ी वारंटी पर है तब उन्होने खाली आइल बदल कर दे दिया जिसका बील नबंर SINV[protected] date 15.06.2016 है आप से अपेक्षा है की मेरा शिकयत जानकर जिसका सूचना देने की कृपा करेंगे

        Tik tik sound from inside the engine. when i am talk about this with company they ask me to contact with service center and i am go there and no response from dealer and mecanics and ask me come sunday when i'm go sunday agency is close.my bike is 12-2052 model as this problem is from starting royal enfield give no reponse.i'm complaint last time after this i'm register case in court.if royal enfield read this call me for full information about problem and dealer who is not work properly.no is [protected]

          Hi Team,

          I bought a Royal Enfield on 15th April 2016 and it is close to two months now with Manufacturing defect. The Bike has spent 26 days in the service center and the issue still remains and I am now asked to contact CEAT Tyres to get the rear tyre replaced which is currently not in stock and there is no clue when it will be back in stock. My Bike is sitting without any registration. Please help to get this rectified or get it replaced.

            Hi,

            I have purchased royal enfield electra silver last year in march 2015 through soniya royal enfield, lbs marg, mulund west, mumbai. Due to in - appropriate warranty servicing by soniya my battery cover with lock, my toolkit and entire tool box got damaged with battery acid.

            During my last warranty sevicing my battery was checked and refilled but the drain pipe was not fixed thus my entire tool kit includig tool box got damaged due to overfilling battery acid. Acid stains are clearly visible near the battery area and tool box itself.

            I didnt notice immediately that because of no drain pipe this entire concern has happened., today when i asked the service centre (Soniya royal enfield, lbs marg, mulund west, mumbai) is there any drain pipe for this bike.. He (Vijay) bluntly said no.. Ther is no drain pipe with the bike.

            Also since march onwards i have been following up for battery cover replacement but still no clue.

            As soniya roya enfield has already said no for any sort of replacement would request your immediate support on the issue and earliest replacement of tool box (One with royal enfield logo), tool kit and the battery cover with lock.

            Awaiting to hear from you.

              Hi, Recently purchased a thunderbird 350, and they have home delivered it in evening and the very next day morning the bike tyres both got punctured when we were about to take vehicle outside for a ride, contacted the dealer, but they said they won't be able to cover it, to change for new tyres and they just repaired puncture. Just wanted to know one thing, after paying ready cash and purchasing bike and not even ride it for a day, and they have home delivered it to us, how come it's possible to say they won't do anytg more than correcting punctured tyres.The staffs are not ready to even take phone and talk to the customer.

              Hi, Recently purchased a thunderbird 350 from Cochin and they have home delivered it to us in evening and on very next day when we were about to go for a ride, the bikes both tyres got less air and when contacted the dealer for so many times, they send guys to correct it and they found it was both punctured tyres . Just wanted to know, why they are not covering the change of tyres, when we have not even taken the vehicle outside which they only delivered to our home saying brand new and we have already payed ready cash full amnt for its cost .kindly do something to resolve this issue

                मेरी बाइक काफी दिनों से प्रॉब्लम कर रही है engine चैम्बर
                से काफी दिन से मोबिल लीक कर रहा था तो मैंने रॉयल एनफील्ड भिवानी की एजेंसी में ठीक करवाई उस के बाद भी मेरी बाइक ठीक नहीं हुई मैंने फिर दुबारा इंजन की सारि सील चेंज करवाई मगर उस के बाद भी ठीक नहीं हुई पर आज मैंने दुबारा आठ जून २०१६ को फिर से ठीक करवाई मगर फिर भी ठीक नहीं हुई मैं आपकी कंपनी की सर्विस से बिलकुल खुश नहीं हु मैँ बहुत ज़्यादा चकर काट चूका हु मगर कोई सुनवाई नहीं है और एजेंसी के सर्विस अटेंडेंट प्रीतपाल की तरफ से मेरी कोई सुनवाई नहीं है किरप्या करके मेरी बाइक को ठीक कर वाए और मेरी बाइक अभी वारंटी में है

                  I have purchased royal enfield bullet electra from kaytee mahipalpur new delhi 110070 the engine was faulty and i have raised the complain for the same they temperorarily resolve the issues and now again the problem increased, now the engine sound is more worst and also there is leakage of oil from the engine.
                  I purchased the bullet in january and the issues started just after 15 to 20days of purchase

                  I hve registered the complain with their customer care also with complain numbers 160977 and one more.

                  I want them to replace the bullet as this one is faulty

                      I reported shoulder pain problem while driving my recently purchased royal enfield bullet 350 standard. In the beginning itself i reported the problem. They adjusted the fork and chain. They told problem rectified. But I faced that pain again. I told to change the fork. They are telling problem is not with fork. Still I am facing that pain, the pain is aggreating towards the back portion of the head. I am feeling tired even after riding 20 kms. Kindly help me get the solution for this solution.

                        I purchased a bike on 2nd march 2016 from royal enfield showroom named siddhi vinayak, saguna more, patna. The show room authority provided a dented bike to me which is hidden by a sticker. The dent situated on engine. When i complain to the showroom authority then they always replies that it will removed but
                        Not yet removed.
                        So i kindly requested to consumer forum to take thish issue on right way.

                          Hi,
                          Myself rajkumar r, i am a sales manager & it means a lot to travel. Its only 11 months & after the 4th (Final) service the vehicle is getting worse than i heard & seen.
                          Exactly after 3months from the last service the vehicle's gear system got jammed & they opened the engine, but not closed properly, all my engine oil is leaking. When i asked they said its not that you think, it happens all the time.Interesting part is that i already changed my clutch cable twice.
                          I don't think its really happening.
                          These people ruining the company as well as the brand name. If it goes like this there won't be royal enfield bike's anymore.
                          Do something very fast o we all, especially you people will regret a lot.

                            I have royal enfield thunderbird 350, from starting the engine has knocking sound, After 4 servicing still the problem remain same. They are each time says that the problem are fixed but still the problem are occourred when i was running my more than 15 km. The engine has knocking sound like TIK TIK TIK has very loud sound.
                            The company was not respond any time when i was post the complained on site or at service centre.
                            So please help me out and give me solution.

                                I have purchased my electra 350 engine no. 046744 and chassis no. 046744 on 15/05/2016 from outer delhi motorcycles retail invoice no.Inv[protected] dt 15/5/16 further i state that my bike was in used condition, front socker leaking and oil coming from my engine seal leaking so i am not satisfied with your dealer kindly look into matter i want my bike in good condition if not possible return my money

                                  I would like share my concern about my New Royal Enfield Thunder bird 350.
                                  It is not even a Month since i owned my bike and only thing i am doing is visiting your service station once in 3 days I am hurt by the service RE offers, I wrote to your customerservice Mail ID, I got response but Hardly anything was done about it;I am dishearten to know that RE provide such poor support, Bike never fell nor did meet with an accident, I took care of it like a baby and still Angel Light just fell off; and the chronic whistle noise is never fixed, I hear lame excuse like such issues are common, , please note I paid 1.66L of hard earned money . Please respect my concern and feelings. I am really hurt by the way RE treat customers; I have followed every instruction to maintain my bike and as a reward i get this .. I request you to provide your CEO's Mail Id.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    I own a Royal Enfield ( Electra 350 cc ) and I am proud to be part of Royal Enfield Family. I had lot of struggle to get my Royal Enfield as I am passionate to drive it.

                                    I had a bad experience with the service I got when I went for paid servicing in Vijayawada ( Mahalakshmi Motors ). I see major security breach which is being appreciated by manager itself. I got my bike with a different key which was working to unlock my ignition. Surprised to know that we can unlock the ignition with any other Royal Enfield key. When I asked for the same I got to know that it’s a known issue in Royal Enfield and can be ignored. I am tangled to understand a company like Royal Enfield have such an arrogant employees who cannot address my issue, Instead asking me to replace the key with my own expenses.

                                    Not sure the manager of Mahalakshmi Motors was not even aware of the issue till I brought into notice to him. Just want to understand that is that a really known issue for replacing the keys after service which was told to me by Royal Enfield Manager? If yes please let me know the same. Is this a Royal Enfield Norms or is that Mahalakshmi Motors prepared their own norms?

                                    This needs to be addressed ASAP else the prestige we hear about Royal Enfield will be defamed by few people like Mahalakshmi Motors.

                                      I have a thunderbird-350 and it’s just 1 year (May 2015) old and 5000 km in the meter. Engine leaks oil when parked and where ever it is parked. Have taken it to the service center (Sai ram near mahadevapura in bangalore) twice with no respite. Apparently the oil seals have to be replaced and it was replaced and they charged me for that twice and did not make any difference, it still leaks. I never had such worst experience with any other auto service centers. I hope guys are listening to your customers. Don’t think your products are so superior to protect you from the worst customer service your service centers are offering to your customer. It’s real pathetic….

                                        Dear sir/ma'am,
                                        This is to bring to your notice that i have been facing troubles with my new royal enfield bike. The issues are as follows
                                        I) the vehicle keeps vibrating when accelerated at 55-60 km/hr.
                                        Ii) milleage is not satisfactory at all.
                                        ¡¡¡) smell of petrol after riding..
                                        ¡v) the ride is not satisfactory at all
                                        Though these issues including the problem with the brake pedal were already reported, there were no improvements in the services. The issue with the brake pedal was resolved only after the complaint was given the second time. This is really unfortunate as the vehicle is recently purchased. Thereby i request you to take actions regarding the complaint at your earliest.
