On 14/02/2014 I've purchased brand new ROYAL ENFIELD THUNDER BIRD 350 CC bike in Cash from the N.P AUTO local dealer in GANDHIDHAM- Kutch, Gujart From the very 1st week me & company dealer found the error of irritating engine noice. Till date I've put my bike to the dealer's point more than 7 times for the same repeated problem. Attached job card clearly state that " REPEATED PROBLEM OF ENGINE NOICE SINCE PURCHASE OF BIKE. 6 TIMES ALREDY REPAIRED ( STILL NOT RESOLVED ) Every time company dealer & representative commit that this noice will not be repeated in the future & every time they found the same noice again & again. It seem that company is not keen to resolve the same repeated problem. Company every time send the new employee for this repeated problem & I've given the time to each & every new person. Every time they took my bike for almost 20 to 25 days to resolve the problem but the result is zero till date. Now I'm totally fade up & ruined my charm for riding this bike. Kindly guide me how to fight against the company.

      Dear sir/madam, I had booked for CL350 (black) on 5th Nov 2014 in accelerate motors, Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bangalore. During booking they told me that bike will delivered within 5 months of booking time. But when I contacted after 5 months, they told me to wait further some time. I wisited the showroom on 25th April 2015 & asked them to deliver the bike as soon as possible, & I also told them to cancel my booking if you cant deliver soon, because I dont have any vehicle to commute daily to my wor place & need my bike as soon as possible. Then they told me to pay the amount by 25th April. As they told I paid full cash on evening of 25th April (approximately 1, 49, 000/-). Now they promised me that they will deliver the bike within 7 day of pay. Even after 7 days I was never contacted by any Royal Enfield personel. Once again I contacted the showroom, & once again they promised me they will deliver the bike by 8th May. Once again when I visited the showroom on 7th May, & now they are asking further more time to deliver. What Royal Enfield doing with my money?. Am frustrated by the customer care of Royal Enfield even before the delivery of bike, & I lost all the respect for the Roya Enfield.         I have bought my royal enfield classic 350cc before a year, I have bought my bike in the name of C LINGAPPAN which is clearly mentioned in RC BOOK, but they are providing me the service invoice in some other name (ie., KARTHIK), Already I have completed 3 free service, I have asked them to provide the invoice in my name but they are excusing for next time always., But this time is my 4th service(ie., MY 1st paid service), I want to provide my bill in my office for climb, but even now they are not giving me the proper invoice, But the chassis no. and engine no. are same in my service invoice, PLEASE HELP ME TO GET ME PROPER SERVICE INVOICE, AND I HAVE ATTACHED MY SERVICE INVOICE AND RC BOOK XEROX COPY WITH THIS FOR YOUR REFERENCE...

          I booked enfield on 03/01/2015 cross road plaza, UGF-109, badshah nagar crossing near flyover faizabad road lucknow 226006 booking no BKNG[protected] . The commmited to delivered on 19/ april/15 but th nt give any call. Then i called on 25/ april /15 they said after two days u can call and confirmed. i call after two they said call after 2 days. Today 1/ may/ 15 they did nt give any cal for delivery. pls tell me what should i nd m calling to store manager Mr.Ritesh singh he didn't receive my call nd aftr 10min today he send me a text You may please call on [protected] for any queries as I am not in the store.             This is very sad and very horrible incident with me I was driving my royal Enfield 350 DL1SY 1546 which was bought on the 25 feb 2015 got fire when I was driving it and I had got shocked and in very depressive condition but some how I managed to save my self but I could not expect this kind of problem could be done with this bike but now I am very disappointing with this bike and I hope I will get a very positive response at the earliest to rid this problem.               I ride only 7500km on my royal enfield classic 350 and about 16 teeths are broken ...i didnt expectd that i have to change it so fast...too much noise is coming from the rear wheel ad chain..m totally unsatisfied with their products that royal enfield are providing to there customers...its unreliable and the worst quality products...my vehivle no is WB01 AC 0759

                Hi, i bought my royal enfield 350 classic from marikar motors thrissur in 12 march 2015. My problem is when i ride my bike its rear view mirror vibrating very badly. When i inform to service centre they suggest me to change the handle. And also inform me that it is now common to all bikes. I don' t know what to do. So please give me your valuable suggestion to solve this problem.

                  Bad Response from Service Center in Bangalore

                  Hi, I was trying to approach the SaiRam Autocraft Serrvice Center, Mahadevapura, Bangalore for my Classic 350 service from past 1 week. I visited the service center 3 times already. And on all the 3 days, they told that they won't take the bikes for service as they have more bikes already. As I am facing few complaints for the bike(which i will raise it as separate Complaint), I wanted to get those resolved along with the service asap....

                  I buy bullet 350 on march 17, 2014 and my bike got accident on 8 april 2014. bullet 350 of reg. no. DL 8SBV 1804 . I took it to the workshop of the royal enfield showroom of A-1, SARASWATI VIHAR, Delhi -110034, whose workshop is at 873/4 Rithala, near nala wala road, delhi-110085 and they have given the delivery date to me 20 april, 2014 and now today is 27 april 2014 i have not got the delivery of my . when i called on 24 april they said to me after 2 days u will got the delivery now today when i called they said spare parts are not available...

                    Hello, my name is Benny Nadar. I am a fan of Royal Infield that's the reason I bought it on 21st Jan 2015. But from that date I am facing problems with my bike. One the first week I changed the silencer of the bike as it was default and faulty. Then afterwards the Amplimeter and now they are saying that battery is faulty.I had already changed the battery once. With in a spam of one week the Battery of Exude again turned faulty. I am fed up with this.PleasE help me with a good resolution.

                      Hi Team, Prologue: I bought Royal Enfield Bullet Electra(350cc) from one of Royal Enfield Dealers- Venkataramana Automobiles private Limited, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad – 500 028 by paying cash of Rs. 119948/- (One lakh Nineteen Thousand, Nine hundred and forty eight only), on 9-April-2015. Details of Sale Invoice: CRM No: AD[protected] INVOICE No: INV[protected] INVOICE Date: 09-APR-2015 Booking ID: BKNG[protected] CST No: [protected] TIN No: [protected] Bike Details: Chassis No: ME3U3S5C0FC734404 Engine No: U3S5C0FC734404 Model: Royal Enfield Bullet Electra 350 UCE ES (M.BLACK DISC) Temp. Regn. No:TS13TR4720. Problem Details: After completion of 500kms ride on my bike I have given it for first service on 18-APR-2015 (JOB CARD: 4648), at the service centre - Venkataramana Automobiles private Limited, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad – 500 028, where I bought the bike. I told them that I am hearing a noise from Engine and asked them to do the tasks as per the first service record. On the day I have given my bike for service they said it will take just two hours of time and asked me to come at 16:00 hrs(in the evening). After some time they made a call to me on my mobile and said that they will repair it and will give back to me on 20th or 21st of April, 2015. Again on 20th April, 2015 I have got a call from floor supervisor of the service centre and said that the work would get done by 22nd April, 2015. I personally visited the service centre on 22nd April, 2015 to get to know the progress on work but could find any progress and they said that by 23rd April, 2015 they will repair the bike, but I was not provided with bike till now. I haven’t received a proper description of the problem details explained to me and whenever I call the service centre executives they respond to me saying that my bike will be repaired in a day and I can take it the next day. They kept on postponing the service till today. I am facing problem in commuting from my home to work place from 18-APR-2015 onwards and still I couldn’t get the problem resolved by the Service centre. I contacted the service centre executives but they are not at all answering my questions properly and they are simply postponing the work saying that they are not having the components. I request you to intervene in this matter and take necessary action.

                      Bought RE Thunderbird 350cc with many hopes on my birth day. Gave it for first servicing and since then always have issues with vibration. I understand as its 350cc so vibration would be but noise from tank and all.. Asked multiple times but no proper response, always delay in delivery after servicing. I regret for purchasing this bike and as lessons learnt suggested many to not to buy. Shall sell my bike soon as i am afraid of current situation when its just 2 months old . Hard to imagine after 1 year, the maintainance i need to keep on this bike to use.

                        I took my bike for service to Venkataramama automobiles at Attapur, hyderbad. they charged me 2800 rupees for some services and still i face many issues. i went back to them thrice with same issues, but still they don't respond to my issues. i fear to ride my bike after i took my bike to this service center. There is no high skilled worker at thsi serive center. kindly please suggest me whom can i reach now, or else i can never ride my bike as before.

                            I purchased classic 350 few months ago I am facing this noise issue and its been 6 times the service center tried to resolve it but its not happening.Show room people initially tried to act smart by saying that they can do it but later they are saying that they cant do better than this.I am so frustrated with the Royal enfieId service center unoonny motors at kollam kerala. Iam trying this option and I hope to get some solution .I also suggest that the people in Unoonny motors kollam service center are not worthy to handle problems and they are just show off only .I have invested money to buy a bike not a defeated one Hoping u will take proper action to clear my issue

                                I purchased Thunder bird on .After 6 months I am facing this noise issue and its been 4 times the service center tried to resolve it but its not happening.Show room people initially tried to act smart by saying that they can do it but later they are saying that they cant do better than this.I am so frustrated with the Royal enfieId service center in kurnool.I am trying this option and I hope to get some solution or I will definitely lodge a complaint in consumer court.I also suggest that the people in kurnool service center are not worthy to handle problems and even to put the stand of thunder bird.

                                  I have purchased a Bullet 500 on 21st August 2014 from Paragon Traders Nagpur.And has driven only 3000kms till now. I have been facing problems in my bike from the first day of my purchasing.Till date I have changed its Amp meter, alternator, self bearing as all of these were defective. Paragon service centre is the worst service center i have ever seen, I took my bike to the service centre a number of times, they keep the bike for days not even bothered to tell the customer what's happening, and when returns the bike no good is done to the bike infact more problems are created. The service center never have the part required to customer. There is no manager in service center to whom we can talk n ask for better solution. The owner and technical head are sitting in other shops, if any problems occurs we have to travel to there respective places to inform them. The attitude of the workers is very irresponsible. I have complained to the owner but even he is not much bothered about the behaviour of his workers. From seven months I have been fighting with this service centre for one or the other reasons and till date I m facing problems in my bike. The workers are roaming on the customers bike which he has given in the service center.They are attending break down of other bikes using the customer bike.Even I have seen customer waiting for their bike in the service center n bike is not present there . ROYAL ENFIELD BULLET was my dream bike. But after purchasing I haven't enjoyed riding it much because of troubles that arises in the bike and problems created in the bike by the service center. *Last time when I gave my bike for servicing in paragon traders, they returned the bike with a disturbing sound from shockups. Than again when given the bike to resolve that problem, they returned it with the same problem plus disbalancing of bike, its automatically going to right side.Have shown it to shri krishna automobiles also but neither he was able to solve the problem and he suggested it will b better i[censored] repair your bike from Paragon Traders itself as you have purchased from there. I'm exhausted by the service centre of RE in Nagpur. Have to roam from one service center to another in this summer days of Nagpur and no problems are solved but created. As I'm going to service centre a lot, have seen large number of people being unsatisfied by the paragon traders services .They somehow try to convince the customer that the problems are inbuilt in RE bikes The service centres of Nagpur are ruining the status of RE please do something and take strict actions against paragon traders service centre.

                                    I had purchased a Royal Enfield Classic 350 on 21/10/2014 from ESS AAR Motors Jhandewalan, KAROL BAGH. After first service this bike started to create problem of worst sound I have ever come across which sounds like TIK-TIK-TIK-TIK. I complained about this many times to Royal Enfield Service center in Mayapuri about the above problem but they have not solved it yet . They even changed the tappet set but the noise problem persists still. It's been almost 6 months now and my problem has not been resolved yet. I ask Royal Enfield to answer me on this issue or else next time I would be filing a court case against this company. I want this problem to be solved on fast track basis. Anoop Sharma
