Its been more than 12 days and I have not yet received my bike. The service person dont know when he will deliver my bike because of the missing part. Is it the way because have i given to local company?? Why the company doesn't have spare part and why they dont have any time line for giving back my bike from servicing. They are saying that they dont have logo of RE and want me to take my bike back without logo. They closed the service but not have handed my bike to me yet. Is this justified for RE company ??
My bike no is MH04 JL 1661 RE Thunderbird 350.

    While driving back home from service centre I had very bad experience in shifting my gear from 3/4 it goes to 2nd. The gear was responding completely opposite.! It might have taken me to death🙏🙏🙏 please don’t do this to your costumers.!!!

      Purchased my bike on 31 December 2021
      And in 1 week only battery goes off
      But they give 1 year warranty on battery
      I take the bike to the service centre and afterwards I wait till four hrs for battery charger but after I reach home.
      In one hour I came back to check the battery what I that battery become low not starting bike .
      Please exchange big or give us our money.
      Otherwise we have only one option
      replace the battery and give to us with any compliments

        As I purchased of my motorcycle a month later I found there is defect in tank getting peteol leak.I informed to service center they arenot taking responsibility.I am very disappointed about the service provide such a reputed company giving poor service quality.

          Sir,
          Am Irfan Sheriff from Ooty, Tamil Nadu. I had booked a Royal Enfield Himalayan at MR motor which is located in Ooty. For booking they asked me to pay Rs. 10000/- as account of advance. As every Royal Enfield the amount of advance I'll be refunded if the showroom is not able to deliver on time, even the manger of MR Motor confirmed me about the refund process. The show metioned above was not able to deliver me with my booking I had taken deliver of the same vechile in a showroom located at Chennai. Now I have applied for refund FROM MR MOTOR on 16 Nov 2021. Sales executive's of the MR MOTOR OOTY said the amount I'll be refunded within one month. But it's been more than one month and still I haven't received any refund from the showroom side. I request you to take it up as a serious complaint as the showroom is not even responding properly. And I have been facing this problem. I had to travel around 100 Km to enquire about the refund status, still I haven't got any proper response from their side. 10000 is not a simple amount to keep on hold this may take to a good amount of interest per day. I had faced a losses of Rs. 5000/- ins enquiring this. You should understand what I have undergone due the carelessness of a horrible showroom. This is really disgusting from such a famous company. I request to take sevior action against the showroom and the staffs of the showroom. My BOOKING ID No.: BKG008882DE00187 Dated 10 Nov 2021. SHOW ROOM ADDRES.

            Every time i was sent the bike to service but is wasn't done properly and after 3 to 4 days the same problem will take place.So please take serious action on this.

              Worst service by the dealer

              Respected Sir/Ma’am

              This is regarding to the service of my vehicle Royal Enfield Classic 350 bullet. I have just recently gave bullet in service last week as it was service due date, I personally went there and ask to give a best service to all the problems i was facing regarding my vehicle and have also mentioned each and every point to the service man there.

              Firstly respected senior I had buy a new bullet...

              I ordered/booked classic 350 stelth black from Ayansh automobile, C.S NO 20188/3, near LIC office, Aurangabad, Maharashtra on 28 december 2021. He told me that i will get bike on 1 st jan but not delivered after that he told me i will get it on 3 but given final date given 5 jan but today also not delivered and communication is not proper behaviour us wrong way of talking is wrong just cheating to customer.

              This is not proper way if you cant deliverd bike on given time and date then why are you calling customer to buy bikes.

              I am very despointed by the customer service given by Ayansh Automobile.

                          I booked Meteor Supernova on 8th of August and the tentative date to deliver the bike was 6th November. It’s almost 2 months now from the date of delivery the customer care people says that the bike is in manufacturing and when asked they do not have any future date till when the bike will be delivered. Even the car waiting is less than this bike. I don’t understand on what grounds are you guys booking these bikes and saying that the same will be delivered within 3 to 4 Months. Please note that I booked a Royal Enfield not a Rolls Royce.

                            Dear Team,

                            I am writing this mail with sheer Pain and dissatisfaction due to poor service received by 2 of the major Royal Enfield service centers in Raipur, C.G.
                            I am a proud owner of RE Classic 350 Gun metal Grey (which I bought from another customer) Aug'2018 Model. I bought this bike from another person. I would like to enlighten you with 2 incidents which I faced at the RE service center.

                            1. My vehicle was in perfect condition, even there was no noise from the engine area and it was very smooth. I got it serviced twice from a dedicated RE service center this year before my third service in November 2021.
                            On 24th November 2021 I took my bike for a routine service and general checkup at Basant Motors, Telibandha, Raipur C.G (where I got my previous 2 service done), The Service engineer then told me that my bike needs an Oil change as I reached the desired running KMs as per company standard. Also, my accelerator wire needs to be changed. I agreed to their point as per company standards.Thereafter, I collected my bike the same day i.e. 24th November 2021. The moment I received my bike, I heard a loud noise coming from the Engine area (which was not there before nor I ever mentioned it during any of my service), the chain was very loose and there was a problem in shifting gear. Immediately I complained about it to the service engineer and they assured me to get it done and asked me to visit the next day (as it was almost 7pm by that time shift gets over).

                            On 25th November I revisited the service center with a hope of getting this thing resolved, but unfortunately I was disappointed by the service and the reply which I received. They said the noise which is audible in "NORMAL" and comes from all RE models. In my reply I asked them to show me other models in which this kind of noise is audible but I didn't get a satisfactory response at all. Also, according to them, the noise is of Tappet which will go on its own. For the gear issue, they said to change a part in the gear panel which will further cost me around 800INR. Then I asked them to adjust the clutch wire setting, and to my surprise the gear shifting problem was resolved (for which I was asked to change the part and pay 800 INR more).

                            By that time I already paid 2864INR for the service but the problem which I received for free with my bike after getting serviced in a dedicated RE service center persisted and I was highly dissatisfied. Again I revisited the service center for the noise issue on 28th November 2021, but again the same excuse and unsatisfactory answer was received. It was my 3rd consecutive visit to this center for the problem which was form the Service Centers end, but no was ready to address it and get me a solution,

                            2. Then one of my friends suggested that I visit Indian Motors, Lodhipara, Raipur and get it assessed there. By that time it was very painful to hear the noise which was audible even from a distance and one can easily figure out that the noise is not a NORMAL one as stated by the previous service center. I visited this center on 7th December 2021 with a hope of getting it resolved. After a detailed assessment, I was told that there is a problem with the OIL PUMP of my bike due to which there is limited supply to the head and tappet, which inturn is causing that noise.(The wandering point is how can a bike with 2018 august model can get problem with the OIL PUMP too early). Also, due to the previous service center people's fault my chain is gone and needs replacement. To which I agreed and gave my consent for the same with a hope of getting rid of the harsh loud noise. I paid a total of 3212 INR again for the service but the end result was again "DISSATISFACTION" as the problem still persisted even after changing the "OIL PUMP".

                            Now, it has come to a stage where it's so hell of Noise after getting heated and feels like I am driving an AUTO Rickshaw.
                            We pay our hard earned money to buy our dream bike and just because of someone else's fault I have to suffer in terms of my money, Time and my dream. I never expected such kind of dissatisfaction from an esteemed brand like Royal Enfield. Also, I wonder if RE has these kinds of Service engineers then whom to complain about.
                            I am attaching the video of the sound. Please go through it and tell me whether this sound is NORMAL?

                            Also, I would request you to look into this matter on a priority basis.

                            You are my last hope. Or else I have no option left other than Selling my dream bike and never trust RE brand again.

                                Hi,

                                I purchased my dream bike, "Royal Enfield Classic 350 Signals" in Hyderabad, Telangana, on 5th March, 2019.

                                Today luckily I found a CRACK on CHASSIS above the side stand.
                                Since last 10 days, I am taking my mother to the hospital by my bike for Radiation Therapy as she is suffering from Cancer.
                                We preferred going to the hospital by bike due to Covid Issues.(Avoiding public transport/Cabs).

                                If I haven't seen that crack today, I would have continued taking my mother to the Hospital by my bike for next 20 days that would cause a greater risk to our lives.

                                If such an incident happens, who will take the responsibility.
                                And I have never heard or seen this type of issue in any other bikes in such a short period of time.

                                As per the information in Internet, I came to know that this is purely a "Manufacturing quality Issue" of Royal Enfield.

                                So I request the company to kindly consider this issue and do the needful replacement as required for my bike as soon as possible.

                                  I had given my bike of service 28 days befor and still not got my bike.
                                  I had given my bike for oil change and fork seal change.
                                  But after they finished my service tgey had spoiled my cluster meater by keeping the bike on 24 hour, due to this my cluster has been spotted .
                                  Given on 7th or 8th and on 9th December, i get the message that the bike is ready.
                                  I was out of station and thought thaking the bike on 13th of December .
                                  On 13th i got the call saying that we need to change the wiring kit but i told its Good no need, but they told it needs to change at no cost!
                                  After they spoiling the cluster meater, they called me and told that .
                                  We need to change the wiring due to which cluster meater is not working.
                                  After changing the wiring they tell cluster Meater has spoiled we need to change it.
                                  I got to know all this one by one wn they kept telling one by one mistakes.
                                  I will not take my bike delivery till i get justice for my questions and i will not pay a singal Rupees for wiring and Cluster Meater.
                                  They have wasted my time and days!
                                  Please do needful for my complaint.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I had given my Royal Enfield Classic 350, registration number DL 8SCX 1050, at the Rithala workshop in New Delhi, a yesterday. By the evening I was notified that the vehicle is ready to be collected post service. I couldn't take the delivery yesterday so i went for the same today. I noticed that the rear right indicator light was a little loose so I asked the staff to get the screw tightened. While doing the same, the person was checking the rear tyre and I asked him what the issue was. He said that theres a puncture in the rear tyre and when i checked the same, i saw a deep cut in the same. When I handed over the vehicle yesterday, there was nothing wrong in the tyre. I had been travelling on the bike about 60kms daily and then I sent the same for the service.

                                    When the staff confronted about the same, they suggested that i can go and get a puncture repair on the safe or i can go to the MRF's (manufacturer) dealership nearby to check the warranty of the same and they the audacity to say and I quote "you might get the warranty and they'll replace the tyre". I asked the same person that I am not taking the bike unless they get this fixed or replaced and the stupid guy said this to me "okay. Let it be here. Not my problem." The behaviour was utter shameless and the contempt of customer service was massive.

                                    Why would I be paying for the tyre, in case that warranty is not provided? It is not my fault that the service station messed it up and then was so shameless about it.

                                    I eventually called the customer care and i raised the issue. I got a number for the manager of the same service station, Mr. Hari Ranjan. I called him twice and then left him a text but I got no revert.

                                    I want to know from you guys that being such a huge name, is this how you bully your clientele? I am not taking the bike back unlessi have the tyre replaced or fixed by you guys. As the fault here is clearly the staff's. There have been incidents of misbehavior earlier as well but this is just not acceptable. I am not willing to pay for damages that happened due to their negligence. A tyre costs about 5k and that an amount I wont let go due to someone else's mistake.

                                    A response is awaited soon or else I might have to take this legally.
