I booked a bike in Oct '21 from Hallmark Motorlinks Vashi via the official online website, and it was supposed to be delivered by the first 2 weeks of Jan '22 as promised by the dealer (and mentioned in the booking order). Even after crossing the deadline, the company has not sent any official email/communication to me regarding the delay. The company has absolutely no planning and communication between the production team and dealers and hence the dealers say they are helpless about any delays and do not know what the status of the bike is. After repeatedly calling customer care all they say is that the bike has not been manufactured yet and will take more time. So there is no definite date for the bike to finally get delivered and the customer is just expected to wait for an indefinite period. Meanwhile, the employees (sales managers) are convincing me to go for other models and colours to dump their existing stock.

    Issue has not yet been resolved - I am unable to get my new RC book for my bullet (TN10BJ6160), as the insurance valid date is not updated in RTO website, mParivahan after 2020.

    Issue was raised on 6 Jan 2022 to the RE Showroom - Sreehitha Auto Zone Pvt Ltd, No 298, 1, Jawaharlal Nehru Rd, Ashok Nagar, Netaji Nagar, West Jafferkhanpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600083.

    Complaint raised on three people:
    1. Sowmya (+[protected] RE Showroom
    2. Mahesh, Manager (+[protected] RE Showroom
    3. Chen Kishore (+[protected] Liberty Insurance

    Incident description - I was informed by the RTO personnel on 3 Jan 2022 that the renewal of my bullet insurance was not done after 2020. However, I did insurance renewal for the periods[protected] and[protected] through Sowmya.

    I tried to contact Sowmya over phone many times on 4 Jan 2022, but there was no response. Someone attended the call on her behalf in the evening and informed that they will update me about this on the next day (5 Jan 2022). However, there was no update, so I called them again. They didn't respond to the calls and even turned off the phone at one point.

    Then, I reached out to Mahesh regarding this issue. He has not properly responded to my request. So, I went to the showroom to meet him in person on 6 Jan 2022. I was advised to provide a complaint letter, proofs for insurance renewal and a copy of RC book. I provided all the required documents that I attached here also for your reference. They promised me that they will update the insurance renewal date in the RTO website in 48 hours and informed that I can check the updated date in mParivahan website myself.

    However, the date was not updated in the website when I checked on 10 Jan 2022. I called back Mahesh. He said that he will update me. But I didn't receive any response. I called him again on the next day, 11 Jan 2022. He gave Chen Kishore's contact number and asked me to check with him.

    When I checked with Chen Kishore, he asked me who has provided his number. I told that I got it through Mahesh. Chen Kishore didn't answer to my questions properly. He was speaking irrelevantly and using bad words. Then, I realised that he was drunk at the time.

    I informed Mahesh about this phone conversation. He advised not to contact Chen Kishore any more and told that he will update me. But there is no response till date.

    I even requested Mahesh to fix an appointment with the MD for me. But he refused to do.

    Resolution - The insurance renewal date is to be updated in the RTO website. Kindly resolve this issue at your earliest convenience. Or, please advise if I have to take any legal action.

      My bike was facing a small problem with the side stand issue sensor, sometimes and so i had gone for the bikes service on the 4th november, 2021 and informed the service manager MR.Koka, royal enfield, siliguri distributors about the matter. i also informed him that i cannot come repeatedly for small issues, since my place is around 82kms from service centre and the road condition is extremely bad.
      i got the delivery of the bike after service in the evening time and Mr. Koka ensured that the problem was solved. i returned and had still not used the side stand but again the problem reappeared on the very next day, 5th, November, 2021. i immediately informed the royalenfied support (case ID: CAS[protected]T8D6K9) and got a call back from Mr.Subramanium (chennai). He asked me bring the bike to the service center, so that he sees the problem himself. I informed him that I cannot go the service centre then because it is very far and I being a service holder cannot get holidays without prior notice, He politely asked me to save his personal number and call him whenever I visit the service center but said that he will have to close the complaint within 24hours, so he will close the complain though it will be solved later. i agreed.
      i had to face the issue rarely so i took out time, fearing lockdown and visited the siliguri distributors service centre again on the 10th of January, 2022 for the same issue. The bike was agreed to be delivered by 12 noon. i went out for lunch and went to the service at around 3pm, and to my amazement the problem was not yet detected. i showed them how it appears and then they asked me to change the side stand and the sensor and my problem will be solved. i agreed but it didnt work. Now the bike even stopped to move the moment the bike was put on gear and the engine started stalling. They took time and tried but was not able to solve the issue till 9PM. Now by that time i was left with no other option but to stay in a hotel. My whole day, time was lost but hoped the bike would get fixed the next day.
      The next day as well they were not able to solve the problem, and the whole day i was in the service centre, further wasting my time. They were yet not able to solve the problem till 7;00PM. I feared that i will not get my taxi back home, so requested Mr. Koka (service head) to kindly drop my vehicle to kalimpong after its fixed. They hesitated to do first but later after I made them realise that its royal enfield promise to deliver the bike if the service is not able to give the bike on the scheduled time which was two days ago.
      on recieving no information from the service center i again raised a complaint in royalenfied support (ID- CAS[protected]V8C6B6) on the 12th jan, 2022 evening, as i needed my bike on a daily basis. I finally felt relieved after I got the message on the 14th jan, 2022 that by bike was ready for deliver. i immediately called them to deliver as soon as possible and they delivered it today, that is 16th of Jan, 2022, in the hands of two mechanic. They assured me that my problem was solved and hurriedly returned. i believed them and didnt even test ride it once.
      After they returned I realised that there is a huge scratch on the front fender and immediately called the mechanic who had delivered the vehicle. He said that he had also informed the service head Mr. Koka about the matter a night before delivery. I immediately called Mr.Koka to inform and he said he will talk about it the next day. I thought its better to also complain in customer support (ID: CAS[protected]N5X8F8).
      i wanted to wash my bike because it was too dirty so i went to the washing place. when I first put on the ignition i could feel my bike was no longer the same smooth engine that I had given to them. The fuel indicator was blinking so i self consoled that it may be due to low fuel as the bike was shutting down. i put some fuel and after that also it was the same. Now, I realized that the engine is making a rattling sound after shifting to gear no 2, or three and was not al all stable. I immediately realised that the engine is roughly handled, maybe they were angry when I asked them to deliver. I could hardly bring it back home because it was now running on a hiccup mode. I am feeling helpless and really bad. Now the bike in not in the condition to even travel 80kms on its own due to hiccup mode. The acceleration had become terrible.
      Please help me. I desperately need your help.

        The bike was booked in November 2021 with a promised delivery time between 45-60 days and today on the 65th day I am getting to know that my bike has not been manufactured yet. This is not done. This is a highly unprofessional behaviour and incompetence to the promises made at the time of delivery and is not expected from such a reputed company. Who is responsible for the increased prices due to the delay in the delivery?

          Sir/Madam,

          I have given by Royal Enfield classic 350 CC (UP32HH0126/120)for service at your HALLMARK MOTORLINKS LLP PANVEL Maharashtra. Bill amount is 17422/.When i am trying to pay by card they are saying 2 % extra i have to pay worst part is that I received SMS from ROYAL ENFIELD to pay only Rs 9458.33/, When I asked about it they are saying there is software glitch that is why I received SMS to pay lesser amount but actual amount is Rs 17422/.

          There seems clear cheating by service Centre. Please look into the matter and arrange to reimburse my extra Rs 8000/ paid to service Centre. I have never expected this from a service center of royal Enfield. Please initiate to reimburse urgently otherwise i will have no option left other than legal recourse.

          There is another issue also, registration number of my vehicle is UP32HH0126 but I was provided bill mentioning registration number UP32HH0120 saying it was mistake of previous service Centre and they cannot modify it. Please rectify this as well

          This was very pathetic experience with this service Centre. Please resolve all mentioned issue urgently.

            Its been more than 12 days and I have not yet received my bike. The service person dont know when he will deliver my bike because of the missing part. Is it the way because have i given to local company?? Why the company doesn't have spare part and why they dont have any time line for giving back my bike from servicing. They are saying that they dont have logo of RE and want me to take my bike back without logo. They closed the service but not have handed my bike to me yet. Is this justified for RE company ??
            My bike no is MH04 JL 1661 RE Thunderbird 350.

              While driving back home from service centre I had very bad experience in shifting my gear from 3/4 it goes to 2nd. The gear was responding completely opposite.! It might have taken me to death🙏🙏🙏 please don’t do this to your costumers.!!!

                Purchased my bike on 31 December 2021
                And in 1 week only battery goes off
                But they give 1 year warranty on battery
                I take the bike to the service centre and afterwards I wait till four hrs for battery charger but after I reach home.
                In one hour I came back to check the battery what I that battery become low not starting bike .
                Please exchange big or give us our money.
                Otherwise we have only one option
                replace the battery and give to us with any compliments

                    Sir,
                    Am Irfan Sheriff from Ooty, Tamil Nadu. I had booked a Royal Enfield Himalayan at MR motor which is located in Ooty. For booking they asked me to pay Rs. 10000/- as account of advance. As every Royal Enfield the amount of advance I'll be refunded if the showroom is not able to deliver on time, even the manger of MR Motor confirmed me about the refund process. The show metioned above was not able to deliver me with my booking I had taken deliver of the same vechile in a showroom located at Chennai. Now I have applied for refund FROM MR MOTOR on 16 Nov 2021. Sales executive's of the MR MOTOR OOTY said the amount I'll be refunded within one month. But it's been more than one month and still I haven't received any refund from the showroom side. I request you to take it up as a serious complaint as the showroom is not even responding properly. And I have been facing this problem. I had to travel around 100 Km to enquire about the refund status, still I haven't got any proper response from their side. 10000 is not a simple amount to keep on hold this may take to a good amount of interest per day. I had faced a losses of Rs. 5000/- ins enquiring this. You should understand what I have undergone due the carelessness of a horrible showroom. This is really disgusting from such a famous company. I request to take sevior action against the showroom and the staffs of the showroom. My BOOKING ID No.: BKG008882DE00187 Dated 10 Nov 2021. SHOW ROOM ADDRES.

I have just recently gave bullet in service last week as it was service due date, I personally went there and ask to give a best service to all the problems i was facing regarding my vehicle and have also mentioned each and every point to the service man there.

                        I ordered/booked classic 350 stelth black from Ayansh automobile, C.S NO 20188/3, near LIC office, Aurangabad, Maharashtra on 28 december 2021. He told me that i will get bike on 1 st jan but not delivered after that he told me i will get it on 3 but given final date given 5 jan but today also not delivered and communication is not proper behaviour us wrong way of talking is wrong just cheating to customer.

                        This is not proper way if you cant deliverd bike on given time and date then why are you calling customer to buy bikes.

                        I am very despointed by the customer service given by Ayansh Automobile.

                              In my Royal Enfield classic 350 chrome back shocks rusting issue is there I have been regularly visiting Karwar Motors Location Karwar Uttara kannada District Karnataka State Pincode:581301 for replacing back shocksbut there are not responding, its under extended warranty period . Therefore i'm fed up with your Service center replays. Please go through with my complaint and do needful as much as possible.

                                I have similar problem as mentioned in https://www.consumercomplaints.in/royal-enfield-delivered-bike-with-crooked-indi... I have raised a case with RE on 21st Dec with id CAS[protected]J1T6X3 but no action has been taken yet. no one is taking the issue seriously.

                                      I booked Meteor Supernova on 8th of August and the tentative date to deliver the bike was 6th November. It’s almost 2 months now from the date of delivery the customer care people says that the bike is in manufacturing and when asked they do not have any future date till when the bike will be delivered. Even the car waiting is less than this bike. I don’t understand on what grounds are you guys booking these bikes and saying that the same will be delivered within 3 to 4 Months. Please note that I booked a Royal Enfield not a Rolls Royce.
