Delay in booked bike Delivery

I Had booked a Royal Enfield 350 next-gen Model on 04-Sept-2021.
The tentative delivery date given was 19-Oct-2021 i.e 45 days after booking.
The booking was done after consulting the authorized dealership about the waiting period which was informed as 45 days then.

Today is 09-Dec-2021 i.e 96 days after booking and still, there is no information about the delivery.
There is not even the next tentative...

My name is Brijesh Sharma, I live in new Delhi ( gokulpuri). my 2 service is completed but problem is not solve, me kaafi pareshan ho gya hu service se continue same problem hai. jo unhone bola whi part lagaye or mene bill pay kia, chain me awaj kaafi aa rhi hai, gear problem hai, or jitni baar jata hu new part daalne ke liye bolte hai but uske baad bhi problem solve nhi hoti hai company me service kaise karvau, bhot problem ho gyi hai gain and again same problem hai. feedback ke lie call aayi thi 1st time unhone bola tha problem solve kar denge but nhi next time bhi bill bna dia new part daalne ke bola, i m not satisfied for bike service. hand break loose ho gye hai or 1st service ke baad oil nikalne lga feedback me btaya bhi tha mene unhe but fir bhi charge lia unhone, me chahta hu meri problem solve kar di jaaye, or koi charge na lia jaaye. abhi new bike li hai 4 month huye hai problem har service ke baad badh problem jaati hai oil jo nikla tha bike se jitna waste hua fir new oil ka charge lia . please meri problem ko solve kar dia jaaye . or next issue ye hai agar mujhe problem btani hai to jo bill dia hai usme wrong no. mention kia hai, No. hai [protected] ye no. wrong hai, kisko complaint kare service centre me ye issues hai . I hope aap meri problem ko solve karenge

    Hi Team RE,

    Just wanted to share recent experience with 2 RE dealers at Ghaziabad.
    Let me tell you that I am a proud owner of 2 legend bikes C-350 and Himalayan. Recently I visited a RE service center( ASA Riders ) at Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad (UP) on 17th November 2021 regarding issues with speedometer and problem and rear braking in my Himalayan ABS BS4 2019 model (UP14 ED 8485). Braking problem was resolved the same day and the RE service specialist confirmed the problem in the speedometer( the ABS light keeps blinking while riding) and as a solution they will be replacing it. As a proof he made video
    As it was not available in the stock he took all the required details and assured me that he will be calling me in the next 10 days.I again followed after around 2 week and ASA Riders (Dealer) confirmed that pending Part speedometer has arrived and i can visit the service center to replace it.
    It was 30th Nov 21, I visited the service center ( ASA Riders), they inspected the problem again and made a video of the faulty speedometer during a short test ride and confirmed the problem. While doing documentation suddenly the store manager named Junaid called me and asked me, from where I have been availing service from the last 2 year and I told him that all the services and maintenance has been done by Sangam Auto RE service center which is also in ghaziabad, hearing this Junaid told me to replace the faulty part from Sangam only. I told him that I have taken a 4 years premium warranty package and as per the RE service guideline i can avail the services/guarantee from any RE service center all over the country. Why should I go to visit another service center when I have already waited almost 2 weeks for the part. Junaid was too stubborn and forced me to go to another dealer ( Sangam autos) only as I availed the services from them. Though i had already wasted half of the day, i decided to go to Sangam autos, ghaziabad. I reached Sangam autos and met with Rawat ji who inspected the problem and assured me that they have a speedometer in store and will replace it after a few formalities. They also took video of the problem and told me that they are going to request approval from the RE management team. It's been more than 1 week, I am still waiting for any response from them. I again called Junaid from ASA riders explaining the situation and he was literally laughing at me and I was shocked . This is the time I've decided to share my pain with Royal Enfield support . This was a very bad and heart breaking service experience i have with RE dealers especially with ASA riders, vijay nagar, ghaziabad, UP. They have wasted my 3 weeks and made me run around for a simple problem due to their ego from the competition dealer and the problem is still there.
    As a committed rider, if I am suffering from this after service issue, what about a daily commuter?
    It's a humble request from a Royal Royal Enfield customer and a Rider, please look into it. This kind of behavior with customers is not acceptable and proper action should be taken for this.
    I am also attaching the video of a faulty speedometer.

    Complain has been resolved, I want to thank you Manish Malviya ( RE Area manager Delhi-NCR). He understood the issue and accepted that my complain is genuine and i am fighting for for the right thing. My premium warranty has been restored. Thanks!

        I, Swarnangshu Ghosh booked a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Supernova Blue on 1st September'21, from Serampure, District- Hooghly, West Bengal, showroom. Before booking I have asked that should I get it before 15th December'21??? They have told that after the booking procedure done they can confirm me. Then I paid Rs. 10, 000 as advance for booking, after few minutes later they have given me the booking receipt & confirmed me that I will get my Supernova Blue on 30th November'21, which is also written on booking slip. But till today ( 07/12/21 ) I don't get any confirmation from showroom when I will get my bike. I need it very urgently.

          I am very sorry, but I have to complain about your motorcycle dealer in Serbia. A month ago, I sent an email wanting to book an appointment and try out the Royal Enfield Himalayan, and to this day I have not received a response to it. But I still decided to buy that motorcycle without a rehearsal, so I called the store on the phone today and asked the seller to send me with an e-mail loan repayment plan (because I don't have enough cash) so I could make an agreement with my bank to buy a motorcycle. because I'm 300 km from the store so I don't have to travel for those papers.
          The seller was very rude and told me that he dont know what he needed to send me and that he would tell me himself if I could buy that motorcycle if I told him how much I earn per month. What happened to me is a big disappointment. No one deserves such treatment in your store.
          I will buy my Himalayan when you find another dealer in Serbia. I'm sorry

                  I was a proud owner of Royal Enfield Interceptor 650. It was a great bike. I have completed 10000 km in 2 years. That is below average running at best.
                  The first service centre I visited in himayat nagar, Hyderabad was the worst. In my first two visits he sent me back saying that there are too many vehicles and they can't take mine. In the third visit he took my details and said they would call. Of course they didn't call. In my fourth visit he asks me to just put the key in my vehicle and leave. No job card, did not even see or ask me if anything is wrong/broken. Just leave my bike behind and they will do it. I just left without saying another word.
                  The second service centre around 15 km from my place in old bowenpally. Here the mechanic actually drives my bike around at least. Although he says that everything with my bike is wrong and most of the parts needs replacing. They kept my bike for a week from 27th Nov to 04th Dec. Make me a bill of 29 thousand and change. And now when I ride my bike it feels worse than before the servicing. The gear box is jammed, it is impossible to put it to neutral. The rear brakes after installing a so called new disk plate and the entire assembly is weaker than before. They changed my handlebar for some reason, the new one feels crude and cheap. The bike is heating up like anything and is a total mess.
                  I don't know what to do anymore. I was in love with my bike and now it just doesn't feel the same. I am thinking o[censored]pgrading to a bicycle. All thanks to the servicing guys. They just rip people off, but don't understand the consequences. I don't know if anything will be done by whoever reads this. But all help is welcomed.

                    Booked my Meteor 350 stellar black on 10th of August 2021 and was given tentative delivery date of 8th August 2021, it is now going to be almost 4 months of waiting. The most disappointing thing is that no one from the RE or Showroom is giving me the next tentative date of delivery of my bike, they just have one line to say that we apologize for the inconvenience, we will try to deliver the bike as soon as possible. They must ensure that customers should be given the clear picture

                      This is to inform you that I have ordered a classic 350 Gunmetal grey on[protected] from Allide Auto Agencies 48/15 Saharanpur Road dehradun which was to be deliver on[protected] but till date i.e.[protected] have not received the order nor any information about it. Even after walking in the showroom thry either don't give a satisfactory answer or give a future date and the cycle continues.

                            I have booked & paid the full amount of Meteor 350 Supernova Blue through Manzil Motors Pvt. Ltd. Sector 16, Gurgaon-122001 during that time they have promised me they will deliver the bike within 90 days but now no one taking responsibility even I have requested to RE staff connect me with their ASM & Zonal Head for a talk they said they will not talk to customers. I wanted to gift it to my brother on 3rd Dec on their birthday but now i think it's not possible within 2-3 days. Kindly do the needful.

                                Dear sir,
                                I am penning this letter with deep sense of angaish annoyance, shock and disbelief.I M.Murali Krishna Goud, always had a passion to own a standard black Royal Enfield bike all these years .My dream come true when I purchased Royal Enfield bike.
                                But the person Mr.Dhananjay who is working in Royal Enfield show room, Tandur Vikarabad District said that Royal Enfield standard black bike has been band and manufacturing was stopped, so that we can't deliver the bike .After few arguments finally he had convinced me and delivered Royal Enfield Regal Red Electra 350 bike on 22/11/2021, which was not upto my satisfaction, As I required Royal Enfield standard black bike.
                                Later after 4days i.e., on 26/11/2021 I went to show room to get computerised bill of bike.But I was really shocked to see the Standard black in the show room .Then I went to Mr.Dhananjay and enquired regarding it but no one has responded to any of the question which I have raised to them.They kept me waiting without telling any reason for the delay.Finally they started rudely behaving on me, Especially Mr.Dhananjay.He gave wrong guidance to me and more over he is poor in handling the customer.
                                Please check the facts with your dealer and either exchange with new bike (Standard black) or refund the amount paid .I am sure you will look into this matter with a sense of seriousness and urgency.Let me repeat with conviction that I am not going to accept this bike anymore.i am ok only with these two conditions either you exchange with new one or refund the money.i lost my complete the faith upon on Royal Enfield because of deceptive explanation given to me by Mr.Dhananjay while I was in a showroom standard.
                                I have to legally proceed through consumer court upon Tandur branch along with attachments.Find the below attached the bill receipt.
                                I sincerely hope you wii not force me to go public with my complaint finally expecting and hoping and early decision from you side.

                                    My name is Puru Kulshreshtha and I live in Chhibramau(distt. Kannauj). I booked Meteor 350 Stellar Balck on April 23, 2021, via a dealer named Sampuranta Automobiles. I booked this bike because the dealer mentioned that the same will be delivered by July 2nd or 3rt week. I paid the booking amount of RS 15, 000 in cash.

                                    I visited the dealership two to three times as of the date and received no confirmed date of delivery of my bike. I called the Royal Enfield support team and they informed me that due to the covid pandemic they foresee a delay in the delivery of my motorcycle within the committed timelines and Over the next few days we should be in a place to give you a new date of delivery for your motorcycle and they gave told that your bike delivered in the 2-3rd week of September.

                                    In September, I visited the dealership and they told me no confirmed date, then again I called the Royal Enfield support team and they informed me that due to the covid pandemic and semiconductor issue they foresee a delay in the delivery of my motorcycle within the committed timelines and Over the next few days we should be in a place to give you a new date of delivery for your motorcycle and they gave told that your bike delivered in the 2-3rd week of October.

                                    I called the Royal Enfield support team in October than they again postponed the delivery date of 6th November 2021. In November they again postponed the delivery date to the last week of November and then December. Every time I called the Royal Enfield support team, they postponed the date.

                                    It's almost more than 7 months of booking and my bike is not delivered till now. I have seen many others get the same bike even booked after me. When I booked my bike they told me that the bike is delivered on the basis of first come first serve. but others got their bike even after booking in June.

                                      I purchased second hand 2015 royal enfield from authorised service delivery named GBR motorcycles Netanya israel on July 2020. I didnt notice condition of tyres at that time and paid in full. Post that i came home and requested dealer if tires can be replaced i was ready to pay the cost of replacement with new tires. Since last year i am not able to get tires in israel front tire measurement - S54 3.25-19 and rear tire S57 3.50-19
                                      i cannot pass the yearly test since then as these tires are not available in the country. I tried to import the same from India but customs refused and send it back to India.
                                      Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
