Continuous Stopping Problem and Engine Check issue

I buyed my Classic 350 BS 6 engine on 11 June 2021 from Garg Autos Sector 32 Chandigarh and after complete one month / 500 KMS, I went to the service station in industrial area Chandigarh for my 1st service. Till that time, I got stopping issue twice or thrice but I ignored it because I thought since my bike is new so this happens when a new engine comes in a running form.     In June 2021 (5 months ago) I put a $2000.us deposit down with the Phnom Penh, Cambodia dealership for Royal Enfield motorcycle, for delivery of the motorcycle on Dec 8, 2021. I have many times asked the Royal Enfield Phnom Penh dealership about a date when the motorcycle will be at their dealership as I have to make non-refundable hotel reservations. (I live 4 hours away) Even though they should know what ship it left India on, and what ship it was transferred to in Singapore for shipment to the Port of Sihanoukville, Cambodia, I can never get a straight answer out of them. I also wanted to buy/order riding RE riding appeal and they said they cannot order appeal for individual customers. If that is RE company policy, they are losing money on it. Very poor to non-existent customer service. Next time I buy a new motorcycle it will not be a Royal Enfield. I can only hope the RE motorcycle is better than their customer service!

      From the delivery day onwars my new purchased re himalayan is full of manufacturing complaints, day by day complaints are occuring from the vehicle. Now its only at 4050 kms am drived in total,
      Now its fronts wheel bent, cone set malfunctioned, electrical circuit drops, battery drains, key set showing defects, while hiking a vertical road its shuts down and starts only after 5 to 20 minutes.
      Now i got aproblem with the rear shocks absorbers.
      And the pulling of this vehicle is only showing matched to a 200 cc bike

        The back break and the caliper is loosely bloated and while breaking the break is making noise and the caliper is moving and the breaking is also poor
        When gone to the service center they are saying need to take for service but the bike haven't run the kilometre for next service

        Please make this problem solveas fast as possible

          Sir pl provide HSRP no plate on line booking. Raj motors Mothihari.. Sir jodhpur se gadi liya hai aur Registration mothihari RTO se kiya hai BRO5AQ1493 gadi no RTO ne de diya hai Lekin no plate ke liye HSRP Raj motor mothihari ne mana kar rahe hai ki hamare system me nahi le raha hai. Sir pl mere gadi Royal infield ka no plates provide karaye. Taki mera RC card vhi RTO se issue kar sake.

            Hi,
            I own a royal enfield classic 350 chestnut red bs6 model bike. From the day 1, i have an issue bike dragging to one side (sometimes left, sometimes right). I have visited the royal enfield service center in OMR many number of times for this issue and your service people try to convince me that there is no issue. 3 weeks ago, my bike started dragging too much on the right side, and i have taken bike to OMR service center again. First week, they agreed that the bike is dragging right and they taken it for a complaint.. they fixed and not even 1 day the bike was good. Again it started dragging to right. So i have taken it to service center again.. they agreed that the issue is again occured and they taken a complaint.. i have all the SMS and phone calls which your people agreed that there is a issuue and fixed it.. but even after 2 times of fixing the same issue, the bike is dragging right again.. i want the spokes wheel of my bike to be replaced completely with brand new alloy wheels.. i cannot bear with this worst spokes wheel and risk my life, with this right dragging bike..
            I seek a resolution to this problem and hope that royal enfield will solve this problem to treat its customer with a good respect.

                The above mentioned showroom called me and said 55 percent offer is there for bike insurance..and I visited and did insurance..after that they said for your bike there is no offer and also they did insurance one month earlier for expery of last insurance…and I asked two times they didn’t respond…and manager also not responded…And service also not good…please enquire

                  We have booked ES model bullet on 23rd August 2021 and showroom confirmed that bike will be delivered within a week. But till now we didn't received the vehicle and now showroom people's responding like we will refund the amount.

                  showroom verbally agreed within a week of booking delivery will happen, that is not done. They have done the fake promises and we have been waiting for last 50 days. Still they are not confirmed.

                  I have checked with support team through email, but they responded again need to wait for 1 more month. So total 70-80 days need to wait to purchase a bike. My friends also told that showroom people's doing fake promises for delivery. So don't buy vehicles from this showroom and not aware of other showroom delivery. Better not to buy RE vehicle's.

                  Note : Don't trust the delivery promises by this showroom

                    My bike KL23Q395 has been taken for Service on 8/10/21 at 11.30:am to Service centre at Roverz Motors, Puthiyakavu, Kollam, Kerala. The same has been returned on 9/10/21 at 7.30 pm without even washing the vehicle.
                    This is second time I am experiencing the worst Service from a Service provider of a reputed Brand.

                    I had been advised never to go for servicing at the Service provider as it is worst. But now I had Experienced it making their belief come true.

                      Purchased Signals on 8th October from Hitech Automobiles, Kurnool. In just 24 hours of taking the delivery the fuel tank's paint starts chipping off. The issue was not there when i took the delivery and it started right after filling the fuel and driving for 70 odd kms. I reported this incident right at the moment to the dealership and took the vehicle to the service center for checkup. But the dealership was not helpful. I strongly believe that it is a manufacturing defect. Could you please look into this issue and provide me with a solution. I am not able to drive the bike just 1 day after the delivery. I just feel regretful that I bought the vehicle from Royal enfield. I am expecting a quick resolution on this.

                        The delivery date has already been passed a month and there is no update or whereabouts of the deliverable. this is very ignorant and unprofessional; which I certainly did not expect from a giant like Royal Enfield. I also have been writing mail a few times but no satisfactory reply. Also, the same model is available in local showrooms but online registration is taking more than 4 months to get delivered.

                            I gave my bike to repair to RE showroom since 2 month they kept my vehicle and telling me that Chassis of my vehicle Thunderbird 350X(ABS) is not available.since 1 month and above i have given my order of parts.since 1 month RE can't manufacture Chassis? I request you please and kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.Its a bike and you people are taking 1 month to repair it.Workshop manger of respective showroom is also telling the same that they are arranging the chassis.since 2 month they kept my vehicle in the showroom.it was never expected from such a big and vintage brand.kindly look into it

                                Myself (Amulya Ratna Sadangi) from Berhampur, Ganjam District of Odisha State have booked the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Supernova Blue edition on dated on 28th April'21 from M/s. Vaishnavi Automobiles, Konisi, Berhampur (Odisha) by giving a booking amount of Rs. 10, 000 through cash . Showroom manager assured for within 4 months delivery . But Still no delivery update from showroom as well as Royal Enfield.

                                Please Resolve this issue at your end.

                                    This is to inform that I ( Sunil Almeida) residing in Mumbai had booked Meteor 350 on July 6th and was promised delivery by October 4th, 2021.
                                    Now I have been informed that the manufacturing of my bike has not yet started, neither can they promise it by this year nor give the bike on the price promised, though I payed a down payment for the same.
                                    Please tell me who is the legally aggrieved party here.
