I have recently gave my vehicle Royal Enfield 350X thunderbird (AP31 ER 5362), Engine no: U3SSCIJK844974, Frame no: ME3U3SSCIJK378239 on[protected] at service center at D No: 55/8/29, HB colony road, KRM colony, seethammadara, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, 530013 for General Service.
On[protected] I received a call stating that my fuel tank got damaged. I replaced a new one before 5 months. I seriously don't understand all of a sudden how it will get damaged. It was fine when I gave the vehicle to service center. Every time when I give my vehicle to service center all new issues will raise. And saying that there is internal manufacturing defect in the tank so that’s why vehicle can’t start and there is overflow of fuel from below the tank. I gave vehicle in good state but from service center after a day they are intimating the tank had fault. On[protected], I had replaced a new tank afforded 10500 rupees of amount for a tank. Now the service center is telling that it will not cover in warranty. I replaced a new tank few months back, now without my fault how it will get damaged.
The spare parts are not with a good quality? And they are saying we can’t give guarantee for the product and it’s a manufacture defect, then how many times I should invest for a tank in year without good service. Then who should bare this amount always. Costumer should always pay full amount and the company does not thing about the costumer’s satisfaction. And I gave my vehicle without issues and now they are spoiled the vehicle in the service period and they are saying it’s not their fault.
It’s not the first issue I have replaced so many spare parts in the period of 3 years. I have invested so much amount, I had another low branded vehicle its service parts are less and labour charges are less but I have no issues with that vehicle. And Royal Enfield brand was big and spare parts and labour charges are more but service is poor and spare parts quality is bad.
I can’t always bare the amount for the vehicle unnecessarily fault by service centers, it’s an internal damage and I can't keep investing huge amount without my fault. I have all the necessary documents. I request you to give a replacement for that or else I'll just raise a complaint in consumer court

    As i had booked my RE CONTINENTAL GT 650 ROCKERS RED MODIFIED 2021 on 8th april 2021, booking id is BKG006275DE00016.

    And the delivery date was supposed to be july 7th 2021 but they delayed and not get any information from the showroom .

    On asking for a updates they never give proper delivery date about bike and its been 5 months of waiting period is over.

    LOCATION. Guntur, jubilant avenue's pvt. Near koritepadu statue chandramouli nagar guntur - 522007, Andhra pradesh.

      As i book my modified meteor 350 on may 2021 and delivery date was 17th August 2021 but till date i am getting bike, i complain about that complain details is given below but no one is responding me.

        I had booked RE METEOR 350 STELLAR BLUE, at SRI SAI MOTORS-SALES, P J R COMPLEX, KATTAMANCHI, CHITTOOR-517001, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA on 8th feb 2021. At the time of Booking dealer told me that it will be delivered within 04 months and 15days time period. I am continuously following up with dealer regarding this issue.After completion of 5 months when I physically visit dealer point for delivery of bike on that time he straight away denied saying that he dosn't know any update on bike so when ever it arrives show room it can be delivered. Now almost 8 months about to complete but he has not delivered the bike to me. Every time Mr. Thameem from show room point is saying that we are not getting bike from plant, so we can not do anything. His behavior not friendly with customer he has not called me single time after repeated follow up with dealer point. This isn't the way a very reputed company should behave towards valuable customers. Frankly speaking u r cheating customers.
        It is very bad and also they are destroying Royal Enfield Company reputation by mis-guiding valuable customers.

          Sir,

          It is brought to your kind notice that I changed the carburetor of my RE standard 350 bike at the workshop of RE authorized dealer named G.R & Company located at Barabanki UP in the month of October 2020. I was told then by the dealer that the new carburetor was under the coverage of one year warranty period.

          Some faults regarding smoking, less milage and missing occur continuously in the second carburetor from the time of installation. It reveals the worsening quality of the same.

          I visited the above named RE workshop on 07 Sep 2021 to deposit the bike for repair and revisited there on 10 Sep 2021 to collect the bike then I was told by the dealer that the carburetor is in irreparable condition and denied any type of warranty for which they previously ensured me.

          It is, therefore, requested you to instruct the dealer to change the carburetor and install the new one, as it is not too old to change on my own expenses and it should not possess such an irreparable faults.

            I have royal enfield classic 350cc. Which service done on 13 August 2021but engine noise problem not solved.in this regarding i do complaint on 01 September 2021.the service center clossed this complaint next day without tell me. no call and no message from the service center regarding this complaint till today. i do call customer care number on 4 September, 6 September and 11 September 2021 regarding this complaint but not received any satisfied answer.

              Had booked meteor in Mar'21. The bike is still not delivered nor any date is given for delivery. I am forced to file a court case against the company for cheating me and for mental torture/ harressment. I also noted that most complaints are not resolved and there is no proper mechanism to handle customer complaints. Also there is no escalation matrix if not satisfied with response given for complaints.

              Hopeless management.

                    I am taken the bike metro Ap39jx3824 in the mount of may.
                    Till date its run 3980 km only but hug noise is coming from the engine and vibration fron the engine.

                    I am from vizag/ap/india/530045.
                    I am visited sitaram motors at madhuravada /vizag.

                    Ther is no technical good person to solve the problem atleast identifying a problem.
                    Please support us and take backe the bike and please give my money back..

                    Dont release this typer of productes on the market and please dont cheat the innocent customer like me

                      I had booked royal Enfield meteor 350 stellar blue on 21st March. But as per company delivery tentative date is 18th July. But till today I didn't receive my bike and there is no update from customer support and dealer has no information regarding the delivery date. I m trying to communicate with company and raised complaint many times but not received any call from them. Worst experience with Royal Enfield and delivery process. Don't suggest to anyone for Royal Enfield further.

                          Very poor after sales service by royal enfield. they don't even care what problem is there with your bike. rather than focusing on what problem i have, they just do normal service and ask us to replace perfectly fine parts. i have a t cone set problem and ask them to replace it, rather focusing on my matter, they asked to vhange the wheel spoke and handle bars, and they didbot even test rode the bike, me not being a professional thought so they were right. after a week there was the same problem. they just took my money for unnecessary parts, and still the bike is un rideable. as i donnot have free time i cannot even go to the service centre again. now i regret buying re. suggest nobody to buy feom re. rather buy a cycle than bikes from this company again.

                            To Whomsoever this may concern.

                            This issue is regarding a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350. Have been facing quite a lot issues right from the time of purchasing this bike. Bad pickup, pathetic tappet noise (which according to the service centre was normal) and some or the other part had to be replaced during most services (for a new bike).
                            The most recent and worst issue is that water gets into the petrol tank even during normal rains and this water gets into the entire fuel injection system and I'll have to service it. And inspite of servicing, this issue continues to arise and this is the 3rd time I'm having to drain the entire petrol and service the vehicle.
                            When enquired with the service centre, their reply was, this is also common among Royal Enfield bikes and they have asked me to cover the vehicle everytime i park it somewhere. The build quality is so pathetic that, the petrol lid can't even protect water seeping into the petrol tank even during a normal rain.

                              This is for your kind information that I purchased Royal enfield 350cc on 4th sep 2019. In this company gives 4 free services to the customer for 1 year. but due to covid i have taken only 2 services as iam in hometown with my family from mar2020 to till June2021 & unable to take services. And now the company is denying to gives that free services as they told that the offices are opened during covid times as well.

                                  The Royal Enfield Company claims that its Intercepter 650 model is the best model of company's bike
                                  I have purchased my this model bike on March "2019 and at present condition its fuel tank is badly RUSTED and even after asking them on Email to take needful action in this regard they are not responding at all. My bike is lying at their authorised service centre /Rithala/ Delhi since more than a week.

                                  A PROVERB SAYS " ALL THAT GLITTERS ARE NOT GOLD"

                                  Really its a shame for a reputed company.

                                    This is to inform you that my RE have self start issue from day one..i have informed this to showroom bike service for three time but still issue not resolved.. My bike had recall issue and it's resolved now that time also I have informed still no resolution...my bike had self start issue but I feel it have some other issue...litrally I'm frustrated about this... Please look into this...

                                      I have given my bike for 3rd servicing in the showroom with some issues which I had in my bike. The mechanic's over there kept my bike for 2 days and they tried to adjust the screw from the carburetor but they failed. Then they pushed that issue on me stating that the carburetor was open outside the market(other than royal Enfield showroom) and the warranty cannot be claimed. they are saying me to pay 6k for the replacement of the item.

                                      this is very bad that the company build showrooms are doing these kind of things and customers were suffering financially.
