Dear Royal Enfield,

I have visited the RVS MotoCorp, Vaishali Nagar for the replacement of my Bullet's Chain Sprocket.
The service center are charging 2577/- (Chain Sprocket and Labour charge) for the same.

Dear Sir, my Bullet is not even been completed 1 year.
In less than a year, it covered only 8000 km and when I was riding the bike on 18th April 2021, there found slippage in chains with sound...

I am Abhilash Jain from Gurgaon, Haryana
I have booked Royal Enfield METEOR SuperNova Brown bike, on 05/02/2021 with advance paid Rs.10, 000/-. It has 130 days Completed Still Now I Have Not Received the Bike and Not Getting Any Updates Regarding My Vehicle Delivery Date. Now I am in a helpless situation.
I have mailed the royal Enfield for Cancelation of the Bike Booking and full refund of the booking amount but the repose I got that they will not provide any fund.

    Dear Royal Enfield,

    I have visited the RVS MotoCorp, Vaishali Nagar for the replacement of my Bullet's Chain Sprocket.
    The service center are charging 2577/- (Chain Sprocket and Labour charge) for the same.

    Dear Sir, my Bullet is not even been completed 1 year.
    In less than a year, it covered only 8000km and when I was riding the bike on 18.04.2020, there found slippage in chains with sound and when checked, it found that most of the teethes of sprocket found broken condition.
    I bought this bike in 1.5 lacs and for this cost it should give minimum life to it's parts. I think low cost bikes available in market gives more life to parts than this.

    I am completely unsatisfied with this. My Bike registration number is RJ14VJ3221.

    On 18th April 2021, There found slippage in chains with sound and when checked, teeths of chain sprocket found broken.

    This is a Major Manufacturing Defect/ Issue from Royal Enfield.

      Hi,

      I brought my himalayan bike in month of July and since day one the abs switch button is not working I had informed in showroom a lot of time and till not resolved and also the handle of the bike has issue. Within 9 months without any rough use battery is dead, handle need to be replaced and other problem were occured.. I am highly disappointed by bike not because performance but because of service

        I have purchased Meteor 350 from Banjara Hills, Hyderabad outlet in the month of December.

        Bike was super without any trouble. But after first servicing, which i did at Sanath Nagar Royal Enfield service center. An additional humming voice started. I have informed to Staff but they failed to fixed the issue in second service also. And telling its common.

            I purchased a royal enfield classic 350 on september 2018 I have faced some problem in my bike number is TN05 BS 6798 . I done service Address: AKG MOTOR SERVICE Plot No 51/51A ETHIRAJ SALAI, ERUKKANCHERRY, CHENNAI NEAR KVT HOSPITAL, Chennai, PERAMBUR, , Tamil Nadu Chennai on june 2021.i informed to service center frequently engine stops when on my ridding.After service it cost rs 3199.35 But they have not solved the problem.Then next day i went to show room i raised the same complaint and he attend the complaint in my bike But still my bike having same complaint and not satisfied this service centre
            pl let me know the good solutions to my bike

              I have faced some problem in my CLASSIC 350 ASH and done service in CHIRAG ENFIELD Adabari (Guwahati) and service centre said that there are some problem in some parts and they replaced the parts.but after the service I faced some problem and not satisfied with their service.

Here despite of following all SOP's and guidelines, the behavior of employees here towards the customers is totally disgusting... Service is not completed in promised time, first come first serve rule is totally violated, n more over despite of warranty, the charges are hiked to the maximum here...

                  this bike delivered the 03/12/2020. This bike i am using in only 6 months but suddenly come to 5 and 6 problem.

                    Newly bought Royal Enfield having multiple issues have raises 4-5 complain to support team. Am not getting the proper resolution.

                    Within a span of a months 4-5 times visited Royal Enfield workshop and they unable to solve my problem and have ask them for return the vehicle.

                                As I mentioned above my himalayan bike 2021 model purchased in the month end of February 2021 but getting vibration in bike in the area of front side of gauge .

                                This is the second time I'm facing the issue issues of vibration .
                                Contiously getting problems in my bike
                                1)bike vibration
                                2) hard gear
                                3) poor breaking .

                                I'm very disappointed with this bike contiously facing the issues, and just 3months completed for my bike have been facing Lott of issues

                                Please solve the complete all the issues or take your bike back and refund my amount .

                                  I purchased the granite black 2021 by the March end and not yet changed the temporary number plate, which almost covered 291kms only. On[protected] after the refuel, the bike was not starting and in between the ride the bike was continuously going off (danger situation). I contacted the roadside assistance and they asked to open the fuel cap for some time and start but it was unsuccessful advice followed by the fuse plugs interchange. (Due to lockdown nobody is available was the reply from the RE side). The hard part is that I toed it myself and reached home with this heavy machine for 1 km. The enigmatic part is that the quality assurance and the research department of Royal Enfield are not seriously considering the safety and minimal quality they have to keep. A customer who purchased the premium bike has to suffer a lot like this type of attitude from the Royal Enfield. It's a disappointment from the Royal Enfield. Hope you may keep the ethics.
