BKG007942CD00786, sai santhosh khumar booked on 19/12/2020 and today 14/02/2021 not yet delivered, no response by the manufacturer and showroom.so, i like to cancel the order. from showroom they collected booking amount : 10000/- and balance amount fully . full amount paid for the bullet.

    I had booked a Meteor 350-C18 Stellar Pure Black(CB)CS vide your booking number BKG011357DE00071 DATED 02.05.2021. Till date I have not received any status of my booked order. After repeated followup with the dealer they have informed that the delivery is being delayed for another three months approx. Can you please update the status or expedite the manufacture so that I can receive the motorcycle without further delay. At least please provide the update on the registered email or my contact number.

      I have booked Online Royal Enfield Meteor Stellar Black model after launch on 12th Nov
      Initially when I visited the RE Bhojpur Showroom they given expected time for 30days. Even after 30days they extend the date from 30 to 60 days.
      On contacting RE Customer Care and Support Team they are asking to visit showroom, and on visiting the showroom the dealer not able to confirm the Dilivery date and I got this information from many dealership that they have cleared the booking of Nov month.
      It's seems support team and dealer are non responsive regarding any query.The RE Support team reply mail looks like cut and paste format for every customer.
      Meanwhile I have been transferred to another district in same state I asked dealer regarding the Dilivery but they have again responded that we will get back to you as like RE support team.
      I have also contacted the RE customer care that I want to shift my booking to another dealer as expected by RE Customer Care they also responded that they are not able to this.
      I want to undestand the RE system of Dilivery of the bike.
      1) If they have centralized booking system than they are able to confirm the Dilivery date or RE online booking is only cash counter of the Dealer.
      2) Can anyone confirm this that by which date booking RE has given the Dilivery.
      3) Except the cut and paste mail RE suport team is able to provide any support or not.

        Sir, i am a coustomer of Royal Enfield in june 2020 i purchase a motorcycle from Royal Enfield acording to their system my second service date is 2nd December 2020 bt you know, that time the pandemic situation of our state due to covid-19 and my one family member was covid positive that time so i missed the second service date! So they are not giving me my second service so i tell them i want to make a conversation with your manager, bt they refused me so many time and misbehave with me then i was just captured a picture of their service center manager so they are going rude on me and security gurd push me two times and one guy and manger threatening me you just wait i am gonna show you my power!...
        Sir, i want to ask you is this the perfect manner to treat a coustomer like this in our state i am a B.A student i felt so guilty about this the manager behave like he is something and we are nothing..they are insulting me so bad i dont know what to do...!please help me out of this shameful situatation.

        I bought a new Royal Enfield bike in December 2020, the very first day of delivery the side lights were not working.. I returned to the showroom and informed this., and they fixed this issue.

        Later, self start was not working sometimes, and i used to manage with kick start.

        On Jan 31st 2021, self start stopped working and kick start made lot of metel sound., i called the road side service and the customer are sent a guy to fix the issue., the road side service guy advised me to go to the showroom and check completely.

        The showroom people checked my bike and said bike is good.

        After some days, the self start did not work again.

        I also sensed excess of heat from engine for 10 mins of driving.

        Its not more than 2 months that i was facing
        all these problems with my bike.
        The bike registration number also was pending.

        So i just went to the showroom and gave the bike and keys and requested for a new bike.

        The bike is still there in showroom for almost a week now.

              This is in order to bring to your notice of your staff, one Rijo, of the Thiruvalla branch of your esteemed franchise. Called upon to the launch of the new model of Himalayan, the time of it was informed to be at 12pm on 11th February, which stood as a misinformation that I had myself waited at the showroom in the absence of the said launch and the informer, until my exit at 3pm.
              I would be very glad if this is handled before further issues.

                I wish to complain about service of jankipuram Royal Enfield service center lucknow that I had given on 6 feb 2021 to slove my problem but now I have more problem than earlier. I have drive 20...30 km till now . My problem are
                * Engine oil is still leaking
                * Bike handle is not under control while turning
                * Bike rear view mirror turning automatically while driving
                * Horn button not working
                I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to slove my problem .

                  Dear sir,
                  As I had huge wish of riding a Himalayan sleet 411cc with that wish I had booked the same model in ‘Niran motors’ Manglore. The same people took the booking and advance of 10000₹ on 02/11/2020, and gave commitment of delivering bike on Jan-2021. But till the date commenced no information or no intimation after the target date they have called and informed that this perticular model production only stopped and not possible to deliver a bike.

                  My question is if in case production is stopped why wrong commitments had given and took money ?
                  And what should I suggest for my friends and family like Royal Enfield is giving fake commitments or will it fullfill my wish ??!!!
                  Waiting for response before I feel it’s real fake commitment

                    This is KIRAN KUMAR M located in Bangalore, Karnataka.. I had a complaint against Royal enfield service centre Ecity motors near kudlugate. 1.5yrs back I bought the electra vehicle in same showroom. 13/01/21 I've given my vehicle to the same showroom due to which I met with the small incident on 12/01/21 in which my vehicle headlight doom got damaged and handle was little tight. On 13th I gave my vehicle to showroom in which they informed fork bend is there it has been to removed and Repaired and headlight doom has to be replaced and service due was there in which that too Completed and delivery taken on 16/01/21 at that time km was 9028, after taking delivery of the vehicle I left my vehicle in home and went out of station after three days when I was going to my office I saw handle was cross and again I went to showroom they made it straight and given to me on same day, after completing 200km last week on Sunday while I was driving from my office to home at 12pm near kudlugate gate circle u turn at 60kmph speed my front brake disc got suddenly breakdown and it was not all working I was about to hit a swift car, by God graces I handled it with the back brake.
                    Monday I wasn't in town
                    When I returned to showroom by the brake failure vehicle on Tuesday it was closed, they're telling me to drive the same vehicle to koramangala showroom or bommasandra showroom without sense, some how I managed to bring the vehicle on Wednesday service advisor Nandeesh handled my vehicle and Pramod service manager also he was present, it is clear cut that the front brake hose pipe got damaged only after removing the fork and didn't fitted it properly due to which it got twisted and damaged, while removing the fork they've removed the front brake caliper with hose pipe and kept it aside without taking care of that, while finishing the fork work they've not rooted it properly in which it clearly represent in the below attached imaged loosely fitted brake pipe hanging.
                    While I was explaining this too them they're not even listening it and service manager pramodh was telling us if you want put a mail to [protected]@royalenfield nothing will happen we can't replace the brake hose pipe at our own cost.
                    This isn't the first problem with my vehicle there are 3major problem with my vehicle in which it got reflected just after 2months of buying the vehicle
                    Carburettor issue
                    New battery issue
                    Jerking issue
                    Below battery rusting issue

                    I'm wexed with this vehicle I need a solution atleast for the brake issue atleast trusting you guys.

                      Hello sir,
                      This is Rejeesh located in kochin, Ernakulam, Kerala.. I had a complaint against Royal Enfield Company store service centre in Pathadippalam, Ernakulam. 1year before I bought the Himalayan from the same showroom. 1 month ago some issues were spoted the cylinder complaint, paint pealing issue with front stump and front break kit and i submited the bike 2weeks ago
                      they didnt cleared my issue and they returned my bike eith new issues they made, . Meter sensor was not workimg speed is not exceeding more than 40km and fule indication is not working..after complaints these issues to the service manager they're not taking any proper actions ... Again i submited my bike to clear the issues what they made extra...they called me to pick up the bike from the showroom and said the complaints are cleared.. When i reached the showroom the the same issues found andbthey said the sorry vehicle wasn't ready.. Such a irresponsible peoples.if they don't know to repair the bike then please close the service centre. Please don't wastenour valuable time and money..hope i can get positive respond after filing this complaint.

                        Soon after I bought the bike, I went on a ride of 40-50km wherein the spark plug shot, this is the problem never heard of but happened within 1 week of buying this bike. I did a second ride and found the breaking issue and when I tried calling Royal Enfield support they are not responding and when somehow I resolved the problem after talking with the service centre of Royal Enfield Shivpuri Branch, the rear break failed. Somehow I reached back to my home and next day when I took my bike to the RE sercive centre, those incompetent workers con't even solve the problem and I had to go to some other local mechanic who finally solved it. So all I want to say is that I bought Royal Enfield Classic 350 Stealth Black model which costed me 2.19L and hence I expect that atleast I will be provided with a good bike and not the one with so many defects that withing 1 month of purchase I have to watch my bike at the service center more than in my home.

                              Dear Sir/ madam,
                              Yesterday i am taking my RE bullet electra 350(OD050005) to the nearest service center at Rajgangpur(Odisha), pin-770017. I have my problem with Shockabserver oil leakage.He open the issue part then go out side for 3 hr & i am waiting in the service center .He came at 7 pm and attain my problem.Its really a bad service.
                              another thing was that when i demand for money receipt he give me a simple rough paper billing estimate which i am not accepting. Please guide me what to do ?

                                On (Aug-2020) I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership (NEHA MOTORS, S65 120 Ft ROAD, SOODAMANIPURAM, KARAIKUDI 630002). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the silencer gets more heat when I was riding around 3 – 5 Kms also performance was not satisfactory. I visited the above mentioned showroom regarding the issue 'Your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty to change the engine oil on 2nd service (with cost), however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there').

                                So again I visited there they inspected my vehicle and they telling to change the engine oil again but this 2nd service they won’t change the engine oil but they giving a bill copy of changing the engine oil. I have all the records. When I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there finally the dealer person agreed we are not changing the engine oil we are sorry? Is it making sense?! They think we are not going anywhere or other consumer sources are still alive?

                                Also they won’t wash the vehicle properly, last time I asking why this place have this much dirt? The service person scolding the technician by, டே ஒழுங்கா கழுவமாட்டீங்களாடா பாரு கண்டவன்லாம் கேள்வி கேக்கறான்!! - Such a worst behaviour from the service authorised person.

                                For the above the issue, my bike was at the showroom only, once you fix the problem permanently or otherwise I couldn’t take the bike from there. I assure you that.

                                I would appreciate it if you could organise to have the problem fixed/use another repairer to fix the problem by (03rd feb-2021). As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my bike for transport and apart from the inconvenience, and this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost (I have kept the receipts as proof).

                                  I had taken Electra Royal Enfield 350cc from Shree Rajpurohit Automobiles Jodhpur Rajasthan in octomber month
                                  From that day onwards i am call Mr. Ankit Dhalwani and he is not attending my call from that day
                                  Before taking this bike Mr Ankit is calling daily even he called twice or thrise a day
                                  And after taking my bullet he even not answering my call
                                  Please help me

                                    I booked RE meteor 350 supernova through RE app paying rs.10000 and they commited to deliver it on Jan 19, 2021through DG motors tirunelveli but its not yet delivered and the dealer dont have any clue of delivering the vehicle and jhe extends to say they'll not deliver the vehicle . I think RE cheated my money

                                      I have been riding my bike, slowly engine will down and suddenly stops

                                      After some time it will start again

                                      I have taken to service center but they said there is no issue

                                      I didn't expect this type of quality from royal enfield

                                        I am booking in classic 350 stalth black very very worst branch customer handling is very rude and working staff all tell only lie this branch only ex warranty and extra fittig is complsary, i am waiting 37 minutes show room no response and customer satisfaction is (0)
